Yeah I figured he wouldn't need the pro experience, per se. But maybe for exposure to the Spurs system in game scenarios, etc. But I guess that can be achieved in practices and early in the regular season.Quote:

seeing Gist (rebounding off of free throws), he's pretty lean and looks mobile. there's a lot of doubts about whether he can play the 3 ... judging by just the way he looks i would say he can play it defensively. it's be great if he could grow into a defensive specialist for the Spurs. Spurs seem to be lacking one right now.

The two things that stood out were that Blair is big mofo and Ian is one tall skinny dude. I am pretty sure that Blair is going to be putting the hurt on alot of players I just hope not ours..lol.
