judging from their work last season, these guys have got to be complete incompetants, right?

Its going to feel very weird working your legs out so stretch that hamstring good because it cramps very easy, but strengthen your legs real good. It didn't take me too long just wait until the swelling goes down and you complete your rehab. I could dunk before I tore it and I was dunking right after surgery.
