He looks like Elton Brand. Does not play exactly like him (no where near the offense), but for some reason his movements remind me of him.

Yup, kid is going to be a monster for us. Like Malik in his early years, he's incredibly tenacious, never gives up. I think he'll be a good defender against big centres just like Malik was, too.
All we need from him is energy, rebounds and tough D, and he's got those attributes in spades.
My only concern is that he'll be called for phantom "rookie fouls" like all rooks. Why the fuck don't the officials call the game exactly the same regardless of who the player is??? The bullshit officiating (charge/block call, rookie fouls, superstar treatment, moving screens, etc.) is the most frustrating element of the modern NBA. :pctoss

My guess is Pop gives time to his frontcourt youngsters over the first half of the season, and if it's not working he'll send out expirings (we still have 6mil in Bonley) for a veterean big to plug the hole.
