I'm still wondering how a kid with that kind of skill fell so far in the draft. Between him and Blair it appears that the Spurs robbed the rest of the league.

On draft night I believe they mentioned the Knicks were going to take him with the 29th pick but Toney Douglas had slipped and they drafted him instead.

Agree with you. He was not drafted for his defense but his deadly shooting ability. If he shows he is a deadly 3 point threat Pop will find a way to play him.

The first time I came to Austin my sister told me the guy's name was Harry E. Butt. LMAO. Not that much of a stretch actually.

I'm very excited to see what this cat can do. We may have another George Hill-esque acquisition on our hands. I would consider that a huge success.
