The Problem with this "czar" form of...
...government is that President Obama is putting people in charge of vast segments of our executive without any Congressional advice or consent.
Take, for instance, his "Science Czar," Paul Holdren:
A book he co-authored in 1977 advocates forced abortion and mass sterilization as means to control planet population and save the world.
Some blogger at "zombietime.com" has done the work the mainstream media, once again, refuses to do. At the link are scans from the book.
I know, I know; some of you are going to claim the excerpts are all faked up for the allegation but, a used book dealer search for the ISBN shown on the back cover does indeed turn up a book that appears substantially identical to the one Zombie claims to have taken the scans from.
Click here for: ABE ISBN book search.
Click here for: Alibris ISBN book search.
I can see where Justice Ginsburg got the idea.
So, unless there is a conspiracy here "so vast" that it includes planting forged copies of a fake book with used book dealers around the planet, and altering the ISBN database accordingly, then its pretty clear that the book in question does exist. Galileo and 9/11 truthers will probably believe in this "vast conspiracy" of book dealers though, since you know...in the history of the world, fire has never melted steel.
Precisely how many of the President's appointments, requiring Senate confirmation, are still pending? Why does he need all these "czars?"

Re: The Problem with this "czar" form of...
This is why Newt needs to run for president, strictly for the ownage he would accomplish on the debate stage. Baggage be damned.
"Obama will soon realize you cannot just name something to solve the problem"
"More bureaucracy, nothing new here."

That seems to be a recurring theme.

Re: The Problem with this "czar" form of...
So which of these policies is being enacted right now?

Re: The Problem with this "czar" form of...
There's an article about him on prisonplanet.com too if you want to know the company you now keep.
-
Re: The Problem with this "czar" form of...
At one point or another, all news sources will at one point will have been used to prop prison planet's agenda, so i dont't see the use of any source from that source as a case in point of credibility.
-
Re: The Problem with this "czar" form of...
If a poster's agenda is pretty much identical to that of prisonplanet, it is noteworthy.
-
Re: The Problem with this "czar" form of...
like when you said you didnt like ron paul because "nutjobs" and racists supported him

More like I like some of what Ron Paul says, but he doesn't have a chance in hell of being elected president because so many nutjobs and racists support him.

Re: The Problem with this "czar" form of...
who wouldve thought racists would support the bill of rights

So again, I will ask -- what does that actually mean now, 30 years later? Which of these policies are actually in the works?

They might or might not -- the two can be mutually exclusive.
I'm sorry I was right about Paul. Perhaps he should have worked harder to do things like take his name off the newsletter he says he has nothing to do with, etc.

it's only been six months, i guess some can afford to wait and see, but i'm pretty sure there will be some spin on how to defend any of the oncoming agenda.

and that's what probably did him in, if he would have gone a step further like Obama did with Rev Wright, he might have reached more people.

I'm not sure how sincere this was, but it's actually very true.

Hey, did he co-author a book advocating forced abortion and mass sterilization or not?
-

Hey, is that the now official policy or not?

the first question involves a Yes or No answer period. chump avoiding the question.
what diff if it's the policy now or not? The point is Did he co-author the book or not, Yes or No?
-
Re: The Problem with this "czar" form of...
Looks like yes. I believe it.
It doesn't matter to you if a eugenics policy is enacted?
Yes or no?

i'm sure you didn't actually want an answer to this question, but....

As of May 31, only 151 of the 1,100-plus Senate-confirmable positions had in fact been confirmed by the Senate.

I'll try to find something more recent -- or maybe you should since you are so curious about it.

The following civilian Executive Nominations were confirmed by the Senate during the current congress. Nominations flagged with an asterisk were approved subject to the nominee's commitment to respond to requests
to appear and testify before any duly constituted committee of the Senate.
March 19, 2009
PN65-7 * EXECUTIVE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT
John P. Holdren, of Massachusetts, to be Director of the Office of Science and
Technology Policy.

So there actually was congressional advice and consent.
Hearings.
A vote.
A confirmation.
Even though he wrote the book.

Re: The Problem with this "czar" form of...
BTW, Yoni added his lie to the Ace of Spades blog.
Zombietime: Obama "science czar" is a totalitarian crank
As they say you gotta go read it all.
I'll add a bit more to Zombie's "proof". Some may claim the book being cited is all faked up for the scans, HOWEVER, a used book dealer search for the ISBN shown on the back cover does indeed turn up a book that appears substantially identical to the one Zombie claims to have taken the scans from.

We all know you lie about writing things yourself.
Tell me Yoni, did you just make up that lie about confirmation all by yourself?
Yes or no.
-
Re: The Problem with this "czar" form of...
where can i click for the book search?
-
Re: The Problem with this "czar" form of...
You can find those links in the actual blog post.

I didn't go through the trouble of copying all the links and pretending I wrote it.
My apologies.

Re: The Problem with this "czar" form of...
Cool, quotes taken out of context. How is this different from posting a page out of a philosophy book that talks about infanticide or a page from an economics book talking about socialism? It's a chapter about population policy, of course it is going to have things like that in it. Have you even read a textbook before? :lol
It is possible you have a legitimate complaint somewhere, but this alleged evidence is nothing.

The problem I have is this.
How can a man with such stupid ideas, and wildly wrong predictions be considered by any one with intelligence?

Re: The Problem with this "czar" form of...

Idiot. He did several other things. I'm not going to bother listing them. If you wish to remain a horses ass, don't look it up.

Are we going to include the stuff he lied about on his resume too?

Re: The Problem with this "czar" form of...
czar comes from ceaser, after the separation of the Roman empire, the eastern roman empire (byzantium) had his ruler named czar, after that most of the orthodox and slav countries in easter europe started claiming their countries to be czardomes same like kingdom. King=czar. I`ve heard of Kaiser only for the german people and the austrians. And for the record czar like the king and ceaser and etc is the highest position in the country.
If I was american I would vote with my two hands for Ron Paul! :)

His appointees would have to be confirmed by the Senate too.
