Manu in that 07 PHX series when he got a black eye and then shitted on the Suns.
Duncan's 40+ against the Suns and the three pointer to tie the game.

I guess you mean in the playoffs... otherwise I like this one to avoid a 0-4 start:

Memorial Day Miracle
Steve Kerr's 3s
I know that there are others. I would have to think about it.
Tim Duncan 3rd quarter Game 7 NBA Finals 2005.
David Robinson's 71 point performance. When was the last time you saw a man built and conditioned like DR practically needing assistance off of the court due to exhaustion. Definition of heroic.
Easily Rob's stealing game 5 at the Palace after the Spurs were humiliated in games 3 and 4.
I don't know why, but watching the end of the 03 Finals still gives me chills. That 2nd half by the Spurs was just amazing.
Manu Ginobili shitting on the Suns in 2005 after being down 17 points to start the fourth.
Gotta be Horry in Game 5. It's not like it was just one shot either, he absolutely took over the game AND hit the game winner at a time when the rest of the team seemingly froze up.

you didn't specify...

Tim's Game 6 in 2003 against the Lakers. A new dynasty was about to be born.
Memorial Day Miracle

Horry's dagger
Timmy's 3333333333333

tim duncan and the bench against the suns in a 2005 playoff game where they were down 20pts heading midway through the 3rd quarter sparking a rally and winning the game
Memorial Day Miracle. Sean's last shot wasn't the only one, he hit 8? Truly one of the greatest clutch shooting performances I've ever seen and the last shot propelled us to champions status.
Oh yeah, with one shot Portland was completely deflated, they never recovered. I've rarely, if ever, seen one shot kill a team for the rest of a playoff series.
TD's 21-20-10-8 was mind blowing, and one of the greatest NBA finals performances ever.
Iceman's 63 points on the last day of the season to capture the scoring title.
Finals:
TD's 21-20-10-8 in 03
Horry's 4th quarter & OT game 5 in 05
Manu Pounding the Pistons games 1/2/7 05
Playoffs:
Kerr shitting on the Mavs 03
Manu shitting on the Suns 05
TD's 3 vs Suns in 08
Memorial Day Miracle
Regular Season:
I dunno if many of you remember this but Manu going Apeshit against Jax in February 06 vs the Pacers...
TP vs the Wolves in 09 he just wouldn't let us lose
Mase Christmas gift against the Suns in 09
Memorial Day Miracle.
Also...I think it was 05...that two game stretch where the Spurs were missing Duncan, then Parker and Duncan and Manu just took over including a 48 pt performance against the Suns. Hmm...crapping on the Suns...seems to be a theme. :)
Robinson's 13/17 farewell game.
Kerr vs. Mavs in 03.
Willis/SJax vs. Lakers in 03.
Jaren Jackson vs. Lakers in 99.
Horry vs. Pistons in 05.
Horry vs. Suns in 07.
Lebron's game winner vs. the Magic this playoffs, it's one of the greatest shots of all time according to ESPN, right up there with "The Shot" from Jordan ... oh ... wait, the Cavs lost the series and the shot was a moot point.
Horry, Elliott, and Kerr will always be tops in my book.
Special mention to Duncan for destroying the Sonics after falling in Seattle. The franchise never recovered.
Also hard to overlook Duncan's 3 vs. Phoenix.
Manu in 2004 regular season game vs Lakers with 4 future hall of famers.
