Home Depot and Ace carry generic stick-on covers. I used a product called CordMate to hide some of the wires up front. I used the adhesive and also used a few 1/2" screws to secure them.
Amazon also carries it but it can get pretty pricey for the runs if it's a long distance. It's why I drilled through the floor for my rear runs.
If it's carpet, then you could also snake it underneath.
And they also have paintable, self-adhesive speaker wire that runs around $80 for a 25' run.
