Duncan has the advantage in pretty much every individual stat and he obviously plays better D..I used %s for some stats because it's more accurate and accounts for Duncan's low minutes..
Nowitzki obviously has the advantage in some areas too..he turns the ball over less despite a lot more minutes and usage..his supporting cast has been worse than Duncan's by a small margin this year, which means he has meant more to his team from a value standpoint considering that the Mavs have had the better record..
I don't really mind either of them starting, you can make the argument for both..Duncan kind of screwed Dirk here by making himself count as a "F" when he's clearly been a "C", which would have sent Stoudemire to the bench instead..
Mavs fans should have had a better turn out with the voting though, that's pretty bad when you can't vote your superstar when the ASG is in Dallas..

I've never understood why Mavs fans act arrogant. Your team is a joke, period. The Spurs are playing like a joke, but have the potential to be better than that. I heard a stat the other day that the Mavs have trailed by at least ten points in a whopping (I think) twenty-two games this season. Basically, they've done what they've been doing for at least four seasons now, which is come from behind and eek out a win. In other words, they're pulling wins out of their proverbial ass. They're not actually outplaying teams, or winning many games in impressive fashion.Quote:
