I'm firmly an RJ-hater at this point. The guy has been mostly awful, and I can't wait until he's traded away (next year :depressed ).
i feel your pain man.

in case anyone was wondering, matt boner is still a horrible basketball player

Does RJ have really small hands or are his huge arms deceiving. Maybe his arms a blow up arms inflated with air and if you touch them they are really soft ;).
Manu craddles the ball when he penetrates, R.J brings the ball down. Plus Manu is quicker from point A of attack to point B a the rim which makes it more difficult for the opponents to get their hands on the ball, since they have to react quicker when he drives.
It's like baseball. It's easier for most people to hit and catch up to a 75 mph fastball than a 92 mph fastball. ( As stupid as that sounds) Manu being the 92 mph fastball in the lane and R.J being the slow lethargic 75 mph fastball.

RJ has to finish dunks like that over a guy like Kaman..

Re: Game Blog: Spurs @ Clippers - Feb. 6
Not bad of a score. If the Spurs keep this up, maybe the Clippers will finish with less than 50 points.

Re: Game Blog: Spurs @ Clippers - Feb. 6
great first quarter by hill

Re: Game Blog: Spurs @ Clippers - Feb. 6
RJ has finished better than Manu this year. I don't get the hate. He is struggling, but not to the degree everyone makes it out to be imo.

Re: Game Blog: Spurs @ Clippers - Feb. 6
So do ya'll still think Hill doesn't have what it takes to be a future star?

Re: Game Blog: Spurs @ Clippers - Feb. 6
Hill's career high is 23 points.

So half a foul? That is not a big difference and would have no effect on the game. The block margin is bigger, but Kaman is not some scrub who can't block shots.

I said at the start of the season that letting Turk go was a dumb move, and that VC couldn't fill his role, and I was damn right about that too.

Hey those few fans that said George Hill will show us how good he is if he starts and gets a lot more minutes could be right. He's putting up pretty decent numbers since he's been starting again.
17 points in the first quarter for George Hill.
Imagine if Pop didn't bench him last season for no reason whatsoever how much further along he would be. lol just had to throw that in to give Pop a quick jab ;).

Re: Game Blog: Spurs @ Clippers - Feb. 6
What a strange first quarter. The Spurs as a team did not really shoot that well, but Hill & Dice did and they caused a lot of turnovers and rebounded well.
-
Re: Game Blog: Spurs @ Clippers - Feb. 6
The 28 points is fine but i love the 10 points, we are on pace to hold them to 40 haha

I agree. Hedo for VC was bad. To be honest, I think Hedo was the true MVP of that Magic team.

Sucks that bonner cant hit those shots right now. Whether we want to admit it or not, having his 3 point abilities does help the team

Re: Game Blog: Spurs @ Clippers - Feb. 6
Matt Bonner is a slasher!
WTF Manu? The Spurs are shooting sub-50% on technical foul free throws over the last 20 games or so. It's like a curse.
