For me, it was almost impossible to list any player that wasnt really a 'Spur', but more of a loan player - like Robert Horry (dudes more known for the lakers) and Mario Ellie (Rocket through and through) - Brent Barry was the exception, because he won with the Spurs and nowhere else...

3. George Gervin Franchise best scorer, first superstar & HOFer
4. Sean Elliott - Best SF in Spurs history
5. James Silas - Captain Late; best scoring PG in ABA
6. Larry Kenon- 20-10 PF. Played like SF. Single game steals leader (11 vs PHX)
7. Manu Ginobili- Flat out winner & competitor; best all-around player
8. Alvin Robertson-Best defender in club history. Single-season Stl record
9. Bruce Bowen - 2nd best defender in club history.
10.Tony Parker- Best and quickest PG in club history. 2007 Finals MVP

Robert Horry - Big Shot Rob deserves a place for saving 2005 Finals
Mike Mitchell - Flat-out 20-pt scorer. Laker killer. Part of original Spurs big 3.
Stephen Jackson- Cold-blooded killer with moxie. Didn't stay long enuff
Artis Gilmore - Dominant Center. Part of Spurs original Big 3 (Ice & Mitch). Should be in HOF
George Johnson - Played only 2 years in SA; led NBA in blocked shots both times.
Johnny Moore - Transitional PG after Silas era. Led NBA in stls and ast
