There was never a plan to privatize it completely. Just allow people to contribute less who have their own retirement plans. If I am wrong, please show me.

Fix medicare/medicaid. Nothing else matters if that isn't done. They won't do it though.

We will deem and pass Full Privatization if possible. I suppose we could drop down to partial privatization through reconciliation.

I've never once heard it used as a gay slur. I'm sensing a little bit of insecurity on your part, is there something you'd like to talk about?

It's one thing to call another man a "pillow biter" (which blatantly says he likes to bite a pillow while he takes it up the butt) and another thing if you call a man a "tea bagger" (which he'd reply, "ya, so what? i'll tea bag you and yo momma like it was nuthin"). I don't know the term for the person getting tea bagged, I guess you could make a case for "guy with balls in his mouth" being a gay slur. But even then the whole thing about tea baggining is that it's against the other persons will and its for the lulz. You don't even have to put them completely in the mouth, getting them on the chin is good enough.

Jack's a gay baiter, so tea-bagging more appeals to his prurient side; he focuses on man on man contact and assumes it (where he need not) rather than the lolz.
