AC, hopefully you didn't just rip that from mysa.com because their articles are banned from being posted directly on ST.
Love George Hill. He epitomizes what a Spurs player should be.
Not expendable?
Maybe if he's going to resign. If he's going elsewhere next year then we have to trade him.See what happens in Cleveland.
apologies, I had no idea.
edited.
George is awesome and correct.
CIA Hill :stirpot:
But will he watch The Expendables?

So, TP has denied 100000000000000000 times
The Spurs have denied
Now, It's Hill`s turn
Suspect suspect
Dude is gonna leave
full thing:
George Hill started 18 of the last 23 regular season games and all 10 playoff games at point guard, but he's not expecting to have that role when training camp opens in the fall. He has heard all the rumors concerning Tony Parker and hopes his backcourt mate is not traded.
"I've heard that [stuff]," Hill told the San Antonio Express-News. "I don't think a player like Tony Parker, a guy who has helped this team win and has championships under his belt, can ever be considered expendable. Right now I don't pay any attention to it. 'TP' is my teammate, and that's all I'm riding with. Hopefully, I still get to play alongside him next year in that 1-2 combo situation."
Hill says he just wants to win and will let head coach Gregg Popovich determine his role on the team.
"Whatever coach Pop needs me to do," that's what I'll do," Hill said. "Whether it's playing the point guard position and starting, or playing the 2-guard position and starting there, or coming off the bench. Whatever he wants me to do to help this team win ballgames, that's what I'm down with. All the accolades, starting or whatever, doesn't mean anything to me."
smh
To me, the Parker/Hill situation has never been either/or. TP FINALLY has some reliable help backing him up--let's see what happens!
everyone on this team is expendable

:toast
"The lady doth protest too much, methinks."
i hope hill sticks with the spurs his whole career. watching the dude in the beginning of his rookie season you could just see spurs material written all over him and he's definitely has lived up to it.
where does this kid get off discussing things about tony's expendability?
Should be interesting to see if he can show any development in playmaking ability and if he can get the tear drop down
Go watch the 4th quarter of game 3 against Dallas and tell me you aren't ready for some tony p this upcoming season. Guy is a beast when healthy. Especially with his much improved mid-range shot which we didn't get to see much of due to injuries this season.
