FUCK YEAH!! It's been too many fucking years since being able to say that and not be talking shit. :toast to Rod Marinelli, you're the fucking man

But if lee was healthy would jones still have gambled on mcclain ?
I think Demarco's workload is a big red flag at this point... he was already leading the NFL in carries by a mile and got 29 more today... he's currently on pace for 424 carries which would set an NFL record (larry johnson had 416). Johnson had 41 receptions that season, Murray is on pace for 48.
Larry Johnson noticeably declined after that season, and its not like Murray has been a poster-child for durability. They need to give Randle more carries or they're just going to wear Demarco out
Man, I'm so glad I was wrong about this game. I didn't really think the Cowboys would win.

You can see the defense gaining some swag out there today. Good things in store for that side of the ball, can't wait for the draft :tu
thats a lot of attempts
Seattle held all opposing RB's up to DeMarco to a high of 38 yards..38 fucking yards.. What does that tell you about this Cowboys offensive line? :tu
DeMarcus Lawrence should start practicing this week.
"Fresh off an upset victory over the Seattle Seahawks at CenturyLink on Sunday, the Dallas Cowboys are currently the toast of the National Football League. In the midst of their best run in well over five years, Jason Garrett and Co. should be taken seriously as contenders in the NFC.But let’s be real for a second here, this has been a long time coming. In the past, Dallas found every possible way to trip over itself, both on the field and from a front office standpoint. And in doing so, the franchise had become somewhat of a joke around the NFL.That time has clearly come to an end.Let’s take a look at five moves (mostly under-the-radar) that has the Cowboys among the top teams in the NFL heading into the midway point of the season."Read more: http://www.msn.com/en-us/sports/nfl/...ers/ar-BB96TSf

Roids and cocaine will do that to you
Lol @ Joseph Randle getting busted for stealing underwear. Why would you jack fucking underwear when you're making $500,000 a year?!
:lol
That's just the Cowboys new, edgy, I don't give a fuck attitude
http://espn.go.com/dallas/nfl/story/...ed-shoplifting
Ignore my thread. :lol
Mahhhh nigga.
Doug Free to miss 3-4 weeks with a sprained ankle.
Yeah words can't describe how stupid randle is.as for free well Parnell better be ready
Look at it this way..maybe Parnell makes the most of it and outplays Free. This would allow us to focus on the defensive line early in the draft instead of addressing RT. The first play he's in DeMarco springs free for a TD on the right side, so I'm hopeful. Will be rewinding the game a lot this Sunday during right side run plays.
The only thing I'm worried about is the continuity. Hopefully, like you said, Parnell does a great job and become Free's replacement.
I hope Randle just messed in his shorts and didn't have his wallet on him, so he decided to steal. It kind of makes sense that way. Just straight up shoplifting underwear and the sample cologne doesn't make sense.
parnell>>>>free
parnell is nastier and has experience at every position on the o line except center.
No Romo or Murray at practice today
RoMac is gonna miss two days of practice to deal with a “family issue". Just hope he's ready and prepped well for the giants game.
bad things happen to mcclain when he goes home to Decatur
:lol
So why do you think Free beat him for job in camp?
Romo doesn't practice on Wednesday. Hasn't in 3 weeks. DeMarco is just resting I'm sure.
:lol
Garrett says heavy fine for Randle.
So the appropriate strategy for someone who has a problem shoplifting is to take money from him.
That Princeton education at work.
tyron smith voted nfc offensive player of the week
First time a lineman chosen as OPOTW since Brian Waters in 03' iirc from the article. Pretty sick.
Wouldn't be surprised to see all three our 23 year old starters make the Pro-Bowl this year. You can go ahead and pencil in at least Smith and Frederick now.
Man it's scary how good Tyron smith is at such a young age
A little bit of good news:
I'm really excited to see what demarcus can bring off that edge and maybe even josh Brent inside
:lol Cowboys seal Harvin's fate after holding him to -3 yards.
Also, not to get ahead of ourselves, but the Cowboys have Giants, Redskins, Jaguars, Giants over the next four..They should be the favorites in all 3 of those matchups..If the Cowboys can continue their current level of play, there is a chance they may be sitting at 10-1 in 3 weeks :toast
Anyone know where to buy some cheap jerseys at? I don't feel like spending $100 on one. PM me any details, thanks.
Joseph Randle to endorse MeUndies
In the span of less than a week, Dallas Cowboys running back Joseph Randle has gone from stealing underwear to becoming a spokesman for it.
MeUndies -- a Los Angeles based lifestyle brand that is transforming how people perceive and purchase their underwear -- is now partnering with Randle, according to MeUndies head of marketing and business development, Dan King.
MeUndies will pay Randle enough to help defray the cost of the $29,500 fine the Cowboys imposed on him after he was caught shoplifting last week while also supplying him with enough product that the Cowboys running back will have all the underwear he needs for a long time.

meundies has been throwing money around tbh, they sponsor a ton of podcast recently

All the years of being the butt of jokes..feels good to be excited to watch a football game again :tu
No more BBQ'ing for losses anymore :toast
I just hope they can sustain this momentum. They're doing a great job, but need to finish strong too.
Outside of a major injury occurring I think you guys will be just fine. One real game out of your next four (Which I want Dallas to win btw :lol), but that back end stretch of Bears, Eagles, Colts should be interesting. But by then you'll be really close to having a playoff spot wrapped up IMO.
The two match ups against the Eagles will be key. The last three seasons have been down to the wire, and all ended by NFC foes. Looking forward to those games.
Trying to remain cautiously optimistic, but hard not to get caught up in the excitement. Healthy to the big 3 and OL is key. The defense could be better with Carter and Lawrence returning ...
I'm with you..I've been serving up that humble pie to any of these bandwagon fair weather fans I've had the privilege of having a football conversation with lately:
Cowboys opponent combined record-
15-26
The win at Seattle is now not as impressive with Seattle's 2nd consecutive loss yesterday, and the loss at the 49ers is bigger than it was then as the 49ers are not playing like a Super Bowl contender so far this year either.
hopefully a nice boost to the D when he gets back in playing shape :smokinQuote:
“Lawrence had everybody frothing at the mouth a little bit out there last week,” Cowboys owner Jerry Jones said Tuesday morning on 105.3 The Fan [KRLD-FM]. “He has really improved his body during this time off. He’s used it to really have a lot of strength work. It’s something that he didn’t do as much [in college] as he’s doing now. He’s had quite a physical improvement.”
:cry that poor faggot
Michael Sam dropped? Losing streak imminent. :stirpot:
I'm sure that faggot is praying San Francisco picks him up.
They're giving a lot of praise to Zack Martin over at dallascowboys.com.. Hasn't allowed a sack, flagged for one penalty, and allowed only four hurries. That's insane. There was one play I saw in the NYG game where he took his man and ran his ass at least 10 feet out of the way. That son of a bitch is gonna kill someone on the line any game now.
Murray bought the o-line imacs :lol

Okoye is back on the D-line
http://www.foxsports.com/southwest/s...ce-coma-102314
After 17 months away from the sport -- not to mention going through a medically-induced coma -- it's understandable that Amobi Okoye was excited to return to football practice.
"It was hard to sleep," Okoye said Thursday afternoon.
It's one thing to return from an injury, but Thursday marked Okoye's first practice after suffering from anti-NMDA receptor encephalitis, which resulted in him being placed in a coma for three months while he underwent treatment in the summer of 2013.
Okoye lost 78 pounds during that stretch, and he agreed that it didn't seem likely he'd ever be fit to return to an NFL field.
"To be honest with you, no. After you go through what I went through, you never know what the heck is going to happen later," he said. "I'm just fortunate and blessed to be where I am now."
That's been a long journey, to say the least. Okoye was discharged from the hospital in August of 2013, and the Cowboys signed him to a minimal risk contract on May 16 of this year. He wasn't heard from again all summer, while doctors monitored him for signs of the seizures or memory problems that marked his sickness.
"It's been real tough, just knowing the fact that you might not actually get to do what you get to do anymore, and having that ability right now is priceless," he said.
Doctors cleared Okoye for contact in August, but the Cowboys have been moving slowly with him. The team placed him on the Non-Football Injury list, which took him off the active roster during the season. He has spent the last eight weeks working with strength and conditioning coach Mike Woicik during team practices.
"His story is amazing, and a guy like that who works real hard, I see him all the time working with Coach Woicik in one-on-ones," said linebacker Bruce Carter "Just to see him actually be out there with his teammates and just to see it pay off for him is a good thing."
Okoye was the No. 10 overall pick by Houston in the 2007 NFL Draft. Even with that much talent, he said it was strange to be back in a full practice -- a place he hasn't been since 2012.
"I don't really know how to explain that. I mean I don't know. I really think it felt -- sometimes it felt normal and sometimes it felt weird," he said.
At this point, all the Cowboys would have to do to get the defensive tackle into a game is open a spot on the 53-man roster. That's likely still a ways off, but Okoye said his first day back was a strong start.
"I think it was a really good day today, for the first day. There was a lot of progression and I think I did some good things," he said.
Didn't Okoye have the ebola?
end the season 11-5 1st round exit tbh
Better hope romo is ok. I just had a feeling romo would go down at some point this season
The NFCs best team is still located in Dallas.
Starting this week, anyways, what with the Cardinals visiting!
Dallas is so much better than last year, even after this bad loss.
Now you get some offensive lineman going down, then big problems arise.
This game actually could have been a lot worse. Redskins lost 2 or 3 easy turnovers.
Just a bad night for a much better team. The blocking and play selection on blitzes was bad.
Just a bad game all around. Redskins blitzes always trouble the cowboys. Faggot ass jim hasslet
lol phaggots
This is what happens when you cut Michael Sam.
Well, hopefully they remember what got them 6 wins in the first place, running the fucking ball.
Durant out for the season? Oddly it seems every time a player gets hurt on the Dallas defense, it improves. Weird.
Exactly. 19 runs for DeMarco is not what's been working. Couple that with the majority of Romo's passes being overthrown, they're gonna lose 100% of their games. Hell, look at the TD for Bryant. That was another shitty pass, most receivers wouldn't have caught that. Gotta give a lot of credit to their DB's, Breeland was a fucking beast last night.
You can see that the Redskins really studied the tape of Romo. They completely shut down his spin move last night.
Also - Anyone catch Jeff Heath get decimated on a blind block on the big punt return in the first half? :lol
That is a BIG loss. He's fucking everywhere. Reminds me of Dexter Coakley in his prime, even got the same jersey. Wilber needs to step up and make the most of his snaps.
funny. 19 carries is still a decent amount of carries, and people are pinning the loss on his low attempts. when the Seahawks lost to the cowboys in game where Lynch only had 10 carries, everybody here said the Seahawks lost because "struggle wilson"
double standard
Tony Romo’s back injury that caused him to miss several series in the loss to Washington may have been more serious than previously let on.
According to ProFootballTalk, one league source with knowledge of the situation currently believes Romo will miss time with the latest back injury. The injury is reportedly a contusion, but thankfully it is in a different spot from on his back than the one that required late-season surgery in 2013. The team will await more information from doctors regarding his condition.
As noted by Clarence Hill of the Fort Worth Star-Telegram, coach Jason Garrett has been all over the place regarding Romo, from saying he anticipates Romo will play to calling that speculation
which is why there is no fucking way he should have been let back in.
:lol Jerruh
Man, the Cowboys defense picked a bad time to go soft and start missing tackles. And one of Murray's strengths had been his pass protection, but he was off big time. The Redskins came in with a good game plan. Haslett and Gregg Williams always seem to have a good game plan against the Cowboys.
Hopefully Romo will be able to play this week. I don't want any part of Brandon Weeden starting.
:lol gets even better
Parcells would have cut this bastard if he was running the show. They should cut his stupid ass to send a message to the team tbh. It would be a short term problem for a long time solution IMO.

Cowboys collapse has started. G/L next year!
Bruce Carter broke his ring finger in practice :bang
Like I said in another thread, I hope you guys aren't in the wildcard race, I hope you outright win the division. I don't want that game to become a deciding factor in the wildcard race if we don't win our division. I have no ill feelings toward that game, teams don't go undefeated (that often) so every team is bound to lose. As long as we get into the playoffs that's all that matters. Indi, S.F, and Arizona beat us last year, so what :lol
Randle got into it with Dez and Witten in practice. The Cowboys need to just cut him already. Guy is an idiot apparently.
Huuge game this SundaySunday
Aaaaand Romo has two small fractures in back.
Concerned about team chemistry after a loud verbal disagreement between Dez Bryant and Joseph Randle carried over onto the practice field Friday, Dallas Cowboys coach Jason Garrett met individually with those two players and an equally incensed Josh Brent later that day and then discussed the subject with the entire team on Saturday, according to league sources.
The meeting was described as tense, and Garrett seriously considered whether Randle's continued presence on the team might be an impediment to harmony in the locker room.
When asked if Randle would play on Sunday against the Cardinals and remain part of the team, one source answered, "Randle is staying for now."
Randle is the backup to NFL rushing leader DeMarco Murray and his role has increased in recent weeks as the Cowboys attempt to avoid overworking Murray.
Bryant and Brent were furious about Randle mentioning their legal problems to Frisco police as he was being booked into jail for shoplifting charges. The tape has since become public, revealing to the players what Randle said about them while he expressed to the police concerns the Cowboys might suspend him.
While he may avoid further punishment from the team, Randle apparently has been ostracized by some teammates. The Cowboys fined Randle the equivalent of a game check for the shoplifting arrest.
It seems Romo will not play today VS the Cards. According to Purnell
