Tattoos are artwork and some people don't want to hide them. :) I have a beautiful reproduction of my son's footprint from the day he was born on my foot. I'd be happy if I never had to wear shoes again so everyone can see it.

which is wrong in my opinion, Bowen is Stern's Slave,
another on his chest that Says "Manu Tony Duncan"
one under it says "Monajetua....O La La" meaning
spur players are gay and have 3 somes. Pop probably
is the reason for the tatto, since he is gay too.
