No matter what happens out East, the Finals will start on June 9th.
That means the Spurs would get 10 days off if they sweep.
It would be great for the injuries, but that's a hell of a long time in between games.

It is always good to get more rest when you have some minor injuries. Also the Spurs are very focused as they were when they won the Championships in 99, 03.
Sweep it if you can, because if this thing goes back to Phoenix, it could get drawn out. The more games they have to play before June 9, the greater the chance that they'll suffer another injury. 10 days will do a world of good for Big Shot Rob's shoulder, Tim's ankle, and Manu's whole body.

I don't like it because after five games in the series, the team without HCA has actually had the advantage. That's not fair at all. It's stupid.
I actually love 2-3-2 rounds. Do you realize how easy it is to steal 1 of 3 games when they are all played on your opponents court in a row. Law of diminishing returns my friends. If you can't steal 1 of 3 your team doesn't deserve the trophy.
