Seriously, though. IE sucks, has sucked for a long time and will continue to suck for a long time. FF and Chrome are infinitely better.

I've had the same problem. It became such a hassle, that I actually started using Safari as my backup, which is nowhere near as fast on my dual core desktop than it is on my old ass iBook, which says tons about the Windows version of it. FF became very bogged down and bloated with the extensions and what not, which is the exact opposite of what it was supposed to be in the beginning.

I cleared out most of my extensions, but it didn't help.

I don't really care for Safari, but it's must use at work.
