It is a heavy oil that they mix with conventional condensate to transport it, then remove the condensate again at the refinery. The heavy oil product is used for asphalt type mixes and other heavy oil applications. It is less explosive than conventional crude and isn't loaded with toxins as you stupidly claim. The reason there aren't many heavy oil refineries in Texas is that most of the oil produced in Texas is light sweet crude.

Keystone is going to happen... my only real beef with it is the use of eminent domain to seize land for it. I would think "small government" folks would feel the same way.
