What happened, Whottt?
Oh and Brown led the only charge the Spurs made in the game. From down 17, he hit a three-pointer to make them down 14. Then got an offensive rebound and fed Tim Duncan to pull the Spurs within 12. Billups hit two free-throws and then Duncan hit four free-throws in a row. Devin followed that with a free-throw to pull the Spurs with nine points.
He fought for all his minutes on the court and when he came out, the Spurs were down by 14. So they basically made up three points while Devin was in ... including making their only run in the game to pull it under a double-figure lead.
whottt stopped with the filibustering and has resorted to straight up misrepresentation. poor bastard.

barry talk? That worthless pussy doesn't deserve another word unless is about his trade.
I wonder how Whottt responds to this. He'll probably call me a hater and point to how the lead grew with Devin in there at garbage time at the end of the game. He'll also say something about how well the Spurs have played with Barry as if Barry is anything more than a placeholder who is sometimes left open for threes.
Did Whottt die? Where'd he go?
Dude, don't disappear again. :rollinCode:whottt

Doing his best to avoid posting...
1st quarter:
6:22 Brent Barry enters the game for Manu Ginobili. 7-11
Spurs are down 4.
Barry plays the rest of the quarter:
0:01 17-23 Rasheed Wallace made 26 ft three point jumper. Assisted by Lindsey Hunter.
0:00 End of the 1st Quarter.
That's 6 fucking points. And only 6 because of a last second 3 by Sheed.
6 points...that's where the 6 point figure came from. From the deficit the last time Barry was in the game.
Barry did not play in the second quarter when the game got out of hand.
Devin did. Did he make a difference?
No he fucking didn't.
So let's look at the third quarter then...the next time Barry got into the game:
3rd quarter:
6:35 Brent Barry enters the game for Manu Ginobili. 44-59
That's 15 points...
The Pistons score 2 baskets to go up by 19 and Barry hits a 3 to get it back to 16. He then gets a foul and gets yanked again...leaves with the Spurs down 18 points...
So Barry total contributions to our loss last night were 5 fucking points in 2 @5 minutes segments of playing time.
Who did Pop go with instead?
Devin...what was the final result?
A 30 point loss...
You guys can spint how ever you want but Barry got 11 minutes of PT and Devin got 20.
Devin did get Barry's minutes and we lost by 30.
I don't hate Devin but youy guys definitely hate Brent Barry..in spite of the fact that he has more to do with us being in this postion that Devin Brown does...
So don't call me the hater...
And Barry(Devin Brown was though in a carbon copy of last nights game) wasn't on the team last year during that fucking choke...blame him for that one too why don't you.
Haters.
Whottt, you've just wasted your time for your proof.
We still know that barry is a piece of vagina, and Devin >>>>>>>>>>>barry.
I'd be pretty wary of giving Devin a big payday with the back problems. Sorry but that's just being realistic. He's a decent player when healthy but it would be incredibly foolish to overlook the injury problem.
Devin Brown looks good right now compared to Barry but that doesn't take much. If Pop is gonna fuck with the rotations I'd rather see him give the minutes to Robinson. I think he has a much better chance of getting some offense going than Devin.
Either way it doesn't make a whole lot of difference though. Unless Tim, Tony, and Manu can get their shit together in the same game we're going back home down 3-2.

He doesn't say anything about how Barry turned Lindsey Hunter into Jordan. He doesn't say anything about how Barry played like a scared biotch ... again.
He uses garbage time minutes and the fact that Duncan had given up by the time Devin was put into the game in the second half against Devin. As if Devin didn't create the only run the Spurs had the whole game and how whenever Barry went into the game, the lead for the Pistons grew.

I never blamed him for the loss...it's you guys that like to isolate one player for a loss...
I just said he didn't make a difference...
His energy does nothing to impact the team. It doesn't...I don't understand why either...it just doesn't.
That's not his fault.Quote:

Whottt, just admit you lied about them being down six when Devin came in.
Here's your proof.
Spurs were down 14.Quote:
(9:09) [DET 31-17] Hunter Layup Shot: Made (4 PTS) Assist: McDyess (1 AST)
(8:54) [SAN] Bowen Foul: Offensive (1 PF)
(8:54) [SAN] Bowen Turnover: Foul (2 TO)
(8:54) [SAN] Ginobili Substitution replaced by D. Brown
Spin it however you want. Say whatever you want about Devin not making a difference. I'm not saying you are right or wrong. But don't just spout lies.
I hate to tell you guys this but Devin has been on the IR for the last 3 months...somehow we made it up 2-0 in the NBA finals without him...
In fact we never missed him for a split second...we never skipped a beat.
No Impact.
And then when he does get a chance to impact the game...it's the worse loss of the playoffs...
Why did everyone quit if Devin does so much?
I don't hate Devin...I love the guys energy I love guys that can hit 60% from 3 against the Lakers...I just don't like that his high moments come in the teams worst moments...
Not just this year...last year as well.
How much were the Spurs down when he came into the game?
Answer this.
Okay, Whottt, you have your opinion on Devin.
Admit you lied about the Spurs being down six when he came in.
This is what I originally said...

You are a dumbass if you think that...Barry's bad stretch we were down by 6 fucking points and he got yanked...look at the final score.
Actually we were down by 4 and his contribution to the loss was us being down by 6 when he got yanked.
That's from the first page of this thread...and my point was that Barry got yanked down by 6 after being down by 4 when he came in...I just got it confused with the second half when Barry did get yanked for Devin...
So sorry...I wasn't lying trying to incriminate Devin...I don't have to....scoreboard says it all.
and I don't hate Devin Brown...I love the guys energy I wanted him to start in the offeseason(I guess when I was a Bruce hater :rolleyes)...but the results do not lie.
I want to win a title and I don't see how doing the same damn thing we did last season is going to make a difference...
I haven't seen Devin make difference yet...period. I see losses...I don't like losses, so therefore I don't get as excited about him getting PT as the rest of the board.
you blamed brown for the loss, bitch.Quote:
Because Devin done exactly shit to get us to the finals...and last night got Barry's minutes and it was 30 point loss.
14 and that was my mistake...but what you call a lie was just fuck up...my point on the 6 point thing was not about Devin...it was about Barry...Quote:

The point is Devin did get Barry's minutes last night...Barry played 11 minutes and Devin got 20 minutes...
Can you guys with all certainty that cutting Barry's minutes was the right the thing to do?
Forget that you hate Barry for a second and realize that he's been our main guard off the bench for this entire playoff run...not Devin.
What good did the quick hook do?
On top of that...any night that Duncan is sucking is probably a good night to go with Barry since he's one of the few guys on this team that has any success on a team without Tim Duncan.
I am not blaming Brown for the fucking loss...I am just pointing out he's not the game changing hero the entire board seems to think he is. He isn't. He has the attitude to do it and the energy level...but it doesn't translate to wins...and seeing as how he has been out of the rotation for 3 freaking months I don't think the finals are a good time to try force the issue.
There are plenty of people to blame for this loss and it's not the hapless bench guys...let's start with blaming the starters.
Detroit is too tough a match for a guy like BB. BB is good aganist teams like the Suns who's team philosophy lie on the offensive end. After a full year with the Spurs, its pretty obvious that BB is this year's Hedo. And no one is blaming BB for this loss or anyother...but you must admit the guy is easily rattled when pressured.
