Pistons in 6.
vbookie has it - Pistons in 7.
For reference for all Pistons bets:

Another Spurs ass kicking in game 5, no way are the Pistons losing Sunday at home. Then the NBA has to make sure there's a game 7, so out comes Steve Javie and his pack of ho's to make sure the series is evened. Then with the spotlight on game 7 the NBA will let them play and the Piston's vast experience will shine through for a win on the Spurs court....Pistons in 7, and I haven't changed it.
You have an excuse ready just in case u lose game 6. It's just funny to me.
I had Pistons in 6 before the series and I'll stick with it now.
pistons in 6

We read all the predictions you all made in Kori's thread.
You do know this is the first time your time has faced adversity in this years playoffs right? Nutt Check time.

Drilled? Game 3 was a 1-point margin. Game 4 was a 12-point margin. If that was getting drilled and facing adversity then what would you call getting beat by margins of 17 and 31 by a team far better than Seattle? Dismembered? Disintegrated? Dismantled?Quote:

1. The spurs played the same soft basketball in seattle and paid for it. There are no moral victories, you either win or lose. spurs lost both and people were saying the same things they are now, no heart, no fire, etc.Quote:

The Sonics played without Rashard Lewis in the games they lost. There was no adversity in that series. The Spurs were expected to win.Quote:

Which Pistons Fan said that you guys were not getting cocky?
Unlike the good Pistons fans here...this guy disappeared after game 1 and came back when his team was 2-2.Quote:

Rashard Lewis is the second best player on that team. He did not play in the games the Spurs won. Rodmonivich (or whatever his name is) was also hurt and didn't play to his ability. You may have seen it as adversity (because you haven't seen any since the Lakers were stealing that heart year after year) but Vegas had the Spurs winning by a long shot.Quote:

This has got to be one of the sillier threads. "I want your predictions in writing!" For what?!!
If they're wrong, what then? If you're wrong, what then?
At the end of the day, predictions are just guesses. And, even if you predict correctly, do you think you have anything to do with it??? Really, Miss Cleo??
Who cares if you guess right or wrong how many games? It's different if you're just picking which team win will overall. But, if I say Pistons in 7 and the Pistons win in 6, are you going to laugh at me and tell me I'm stupid for guessing 7? Better question, even if you did make fun of me for a wrong prediction, would I care or should I care??
Some of you people are way too sensitive about this shit ...

Detroit Championship-calibre teams with Thomas, et. al., don't count. This is 2005, and to the best of my knowledge they are no longer on the team.
DeeeeTroit Basket-Ball in 6 :fro
Spurs in 7
I came in here saying Stones in 6, and much as I'd like to see a Game 7, I'm standing pat.
I have no idea.

Before the series started, I said Spurs in 6...
After game 1, I said Spurs in 6...5 would be kind of cool, and easier on my stomach acid production
After game 2, I said Spurs in 6..but 5 would be awesome to just get it fucking done
After game 3, I said "Oh, crap....okay, calm down....I said Spurs in 6, which means they have to lose 2 games, there's 1 of them..get a grip," Spurs in 6, but 7 wouldn't surprise me at all.
After game 4, I said, "Oh crap, I think I'm going to hurl....who are those sorry mofos wearing the black jerseys? Damn, that sucked...okay....there's loss #2, I'm still standing with Spurs in 6....please don't be a 7....."
To be continued.....
Game 5 winner, wins it all, IMHO...I predict Detroit in 6 but I'll take 7 too :angel
Spurs in 6. It is what I predicted before and still believe what will happen. I though San Antonio would get 1 of the road games and than finish at home. :angel

Re: Predict The Finals
Game 1 Pistons
Game 2 Spurs
Game 3 Pistons
Game 4 Pistons
Game 5 Spurs
Game 6 Piston
I'll stick with my original prediction from a pre-series thread. Wrong order but same result.
vast playoff experience?Quote:

Among the starters, the pistons actually have the advantage because of mohammed's lack of playoff experience.Quote:
