Well, I'm finally done with this place...

to me, that is hilarious. it's like having a beauty contest between a hyena and a warthog.

the mature, sober, reflective qualities which are allegedly missing in this forum, are equally missing in the all bitchy submissions related to the general lack of quality. at any rate, genteel, adult conversation has never been typical here, but has not been totally absent either, during the relatively brief period of my participation here.

I fancy this place, despite some of the obvious trolling which abounds. Generally, I've found folks to be cordial, if not friendly at times.

I admit, when people are evasive, I'm a dog with a bone. It's just too much fun -- especially when it's over nothing important. I never imagined CC's source would be particularly damning to him; I just found his reaction to be fascinating.

I concur and I just skip over any posts that I don't tend to read anyhow. I have nobody on ignore at all and yeah, this forum has its ups and downs just like any other and I'm not going anywhere.
