This year??
Wade was a top10 at best. He never was at 100%.He wasn't shooting well.Plus he missed 15 games. Kobe,Durant,Love,Howard,CP3,Rondo,Westbrook.... Wade wasn't a top3 player this season
Bosh < TD. Actual Bosh is a jump shooter. He can't rebound, his defense sucks.TD's impact in the game is higher .
Of course our bench is better.Miami didn't have our deep.
LeBron leads his team in points, rebounds, assist, steals and FG%. The record without Wade is 13-1.
Tony Parker should be in the top5 of the race for the MVP but LeBron is the MVP of the season.
Re: Is Parker being involved in the MVP talk "laughable"?
As long as he wins his 2nd Finals MVP, that is all he cares about.

you were on the bandwagon, hill is good enough to handle pg duties, trade parker for a big (and not even a good one).

first we are not the only ones defending him and second I'm defending him when not justified. He sucked on his first game against the lakers and I said it, I also think he had been a disappointment on the grizz serie and I said it.

I'm so tired of that "french are soft" thing.
During WW1, 1,7 millions french people died on their own soil, victims of some of the ugliest violence ever seen. Most of them were in their 20s.
That would be like 13,4 M americans based on actual population.
You can't imagine the trauma it has been, and still is. But please, don't ever call us soft again!
Re: Is Parker being involved in the MVP talk "laughable"?
Who is the guy you were talking too, TPark? I will handle this...

Tony Parker is the best player in the NBA.

Re: Is Parker being involved in the MVP talk "laughable"?
LeBron or Durant are more deserving tbh, but Parker will get votes. However, TP doesn't play 40 mpg nor he gets the same number of touches as Kobe / LeBron to get MVP type of stats.
He had been the best Spurs player for some time now. Duncan isn't so consistent anymore and Manu misses too many games; also Parkers defense is above average.

The only exception I can remember to PPG being the decider of the Finals MVP was in '04 when Chauncey Billups got it.
Re: Is Parker being involved in the MVP talk "laughable"?
Really you start with the top teams and go from there. Durant. James. Parker. Rose has missed to much time. Paul, now that's laughable!
