It looks like Matt Bonner got kneed in the thigh in the first half in a collision with Derrick Favors. He stayed in but Bonner hasn't played yet in the second half.
Anyone hear any type of injury update? Perhaps Pop is just sitting his franchise player with the Spurs up by 2423410 in the second half . . .
Spurs just weeding out the white guys...
At least he's still on the bench and not at the locker room.
They're up near 50...why go back in if even slightly banged up?
Should you guys be worried?

Fwiw, Bonner had trouble walking from the bench to the locker room at the end of the game (from being cold/sitting and soreness from the injury probably).

Too me it really liked like a shot to the groin, but it was hard to tell, the replay was wide angle zoomed out. I think hell be fine.

It was an awkward collision/fall. If it's just a bruise, he should be fine (well ... nah, won't go there). I'm just hoping he didn't twist anything on the way down.

honestly, he probably had his best game possible for these playoffs in Game 1.
He should just sit out the rest of the postseason so his fans can remember him fondly.
They said tiago could have played today on the broadcast during the game, and was held out unless needed.
Bonner just took a knee to the groin, which if he was wearing a cup would explain the walk and can bruise the groin in funny ways.

Bonner is much tougher than Tiago and I was/am one of the biggest Tiago homers.

Matt has his positive contributions to the team. I'm sure most Spurs fans at the arena would not leave anyone hanging on a "high 5" attempt after Matty-B hits a three-pointer. Baseline Bummers wouldn't...to a person.
