First pick should be in about ten minutes. Should be an interesting draft :tu
HOpefully the FO surprises yet again but I doubt it.
If the Spurs make a trade, we probably won't hear about it until after the pick is made.
Bulging dicks?
That's a Freudian slip if I ever heard one.
Let's hope this is an interesting night for the Spurs.
Which one of us is going to say, "I'm sure that pick was made for the Spurs!!!", first? Might be me, tbh.
Bobcats will make bad choices. I know.
With so many possible scenarios it is worth watching for a change.
Guys I want if Spurs trade up: Kendall Marshall, Festus Ezeli, Tony Wroten
I can't wait for Bonner to still be on the Spurs after tonight's draft.
Festus has a nice game. He's been improving throughout his career. With that said, don't see SA trading up for him.
Stern heavily booed. What a surprise.. :D
Traditional start to the NBA draft. Always good for a laugh. Sometimes I feel he is just trying to get booed on purpose.
We're so lucky. David and Tim.... incredible.
LOL at the Hornets using the whole clock. Everybody knows what you are going to do, just do it.
I guess they gotta soak up the free PR however they can.
Charlotte's war room must be intense right now. Lets see what Cho has up his sleeve. Beal would be nice, but they already got Gordon.
Beal in Cleveland would be ideal.
Ok, 1st pick is official. Now the fun can begin.
Charlotte should trade the pick. Although Beal is awesome, they need so much more.
omg they chose anthony davis.. what a surprise!!!
If I were Charlotte, I take Gilchrist or Barnes, but that's just me.
shit didnt know it was today
She seemed excited about the eight inch growth, tbh.
MKG's skills are off the charts. Charlotte probably can't wait for MKG to get a jump shot though. They need help now. They should trade the pick to the Cavs.
Kentucky goes 1-2. Kidd-Gilchrist is nice
Wow, MKG. Chad Ford and DraftExpress already wrong. Ford had MKG 7th.
Gotta love the draft, lol.
MKD for Cats, this is a srange good choise from Charlotte's FO
MKG has a bunch of potential. Cho is taking a risk, but if he can get a J, then the Bobcats have selected a gem.
Excellent. Let these young guys grow together. Kemba, Gilchrist and Biyombo are all competitors and play hard every game. If this core develops well, Gilchrist and Biyombo could be a deadly defensive inside and outside combo for the next few years.
Washington must be elated. Poor Cleveland.
Wall and Beal will be an exciting backcourt.
Wiz are happy.
He is completely overwhelmed with being selected 2nd overall.
Beal is third.
MKG's mom is like: "We getting paaaaiiidddd beatch"
MKG shows what a Kentucky degree gets you these days.
Real articulate there.
So, what happens to Crawford for the Wiz. He's not great, but he showed some ability to score.
Now Cleveland is stuck. With Gilchrist and Beal gone, who do they take to put on the wings? Probably Barnes which will be a good fit, but we will see.
There are also rumors that they might trade down to get Dion Waiters though.
Who does Cleveland take? They already got Thompson at the 4.
Barnes?
Barnes at 4 im thinkin.
Does Cleveland take Robinson even though they have Thompson? Tough call.
I like Barnes best of what's left on the board, but they already picked Tristan Thompson last year. I expect to see Robinson go here.
Adrian Wojnarowski @WojYahooNBA
Cleveland will select Dion Waiters, source tells Y! Sports.
WoW
Waiters over Barnes and Robinson? :rollin
No wonder LeBron ran from that shithole as fast as he could.
Waiters over Robinson and Barnes? I would have even gone with Drummond over him, tbh.
I hope the Kings take Drummond but I have a feeling they're going for Barnes.
Panic pick possibly?
This pick is Wesley Johnson bad; it's something I would have expected from Khan. :lol
Chad Ford @chadfordinsider
The Kings select Thomas Robinson with No. 5 pick according to source.
Wow, two surprises now.
This is the sound of mock drafts exploding. Seriously, wtf?
They went with need over anything else...Probably came down to best SG vs best SF
Smart choice. Waiters apparently had a promise with another team in the late lottery area.
Things are not falling into place. Wonder if that causes teams to be more open to trades?
Players the Spurs probably didn't expect to be in certain areas probably now will be.
wanna know who would pick thomas robinson
Dion Waiters might be a good pick for them. They reached for Tristan Thompson last year, they reached for Dion Waiters. The Cavs rely heavily on advanced stats and Waiters measured elite in the advanced stats. There is no surprise that they took him.
So can Sac one-up them and draft Henson here? :lol
I thought CAVS would select Harrison Barnes.
Sac lucking out that Robinson fell.
Thomas Robinson 5.
Does Portland go Lillard or Barnes at 6?
The Cavs obviously wanted a shooting guard. But that's not how you use your lottery picks. You gotta at least stay in the same tier of player.
Oh well. Lol comic sans.
Blazers probably take Lillard
Harrison Marvin Williams Barnes going to GSW, i bet.
No token white guy 1st round selection in this draft?
Lillard without a doubt/....
Sacto has a tough call too - With Cousins, can you take Robinson? They have to go Barnes IMO.
If the Kings are taking T-Rob, I suppose the Blazers will select Lillard unless Batum isn't going to re-sign with them.
No way GSW chooses Barnes with RJ already in place........:lol.
Guessing Portland swings for the fences with Drummond here unless they're going to let Batum walk.
Do the Kings move Cousins to the 5 and Robinson at 4?
Is there a potential Hall-of-Famer in this draft?
Kings select another big man.... LOL
So Cousins/Robinson front court.
Portland wants and needs a pg.
Thomas Robinson gets screwed. His career will probably derails in Sacramento. Tough break.
So much for the Kings coveting Barnes.
So Lillard 6 and Barnes 7.
Woj says POR pick Lillard
Sacramento is loaded in the front line.
Robinson has such an amazing story. Good luck to him.
Portland selects a pg.
I really think Portland has to gamble here on Drummond. Barnes is the last really elite guy left, and they're already strong at the SF. With two great picks they can afford to blow one.
I remember when I actually had to watch the Draft on TV. Now between this and twitter I'm set.
Haha that girl was so ecstatic :lol
GSW with Drummond?
