When you finally muster up one, it will likely die of loneliness.

Do you think anyone actually listens to you?

I substantial part of Bible laws had to do with maintaining a healthy community.
Are you saying anal sex is as no worse of a health concern than regular sex is?
-
Re: "Christian" haters have their Inglorious Basterds
Which is germane because only homosexuals engage in anal sex, right?
I can't believe you even posted this.
Actually, I can.

Re: "Christian" haters have their Inglorious Basterds
The bible also has some pretty specific language re: sacrifices.
Let's not extend logic here, WC. It doesn't work.

Believe as you wish, but the Bible uses the word sodomy in many cases, and that doesn't mean only homosexual.
I'm not going to t6ry to explain all the reasons, nor should you be so ignorant as to pin all the Biblical laws on the few things I may say about it.
Get over yourself.

In other words, you have no idea what your talking about and cannot expand upon it.
Figures.

Figures.
I do know that health concerns are one of the reasons for the laws found in the Bible. I will not pretend to be all knowing like some of you do.

"but the Bible uses sodomy, and that doesn't mean only homosexual."
You bring the bible and sodomy into a discussion of a gay hate crime, yet sodomy has nothing to do with the topic?

I'm sure you "know" this.

Don't interpret my toying with blind ideologues as being all-knowing.
you and boutons just make me look that way by comparison.

My God man...
It also does give examples of a man and man.
You should really stop your shit throwing. You keep missing, and make yourself look bad. Don't try to pin so much on any one statement a person makes.

Re: "Christian" haters have their Inglorious Basterds
And I appreciate it. I can certainly use the help.:lol

Re: "Christian" haters have their Inglorious Basterds
Again, you bring biblical sodomy into a discussion of gay hate crimes yet cannot make a single, cogent point.

There are so many from which to choose and so little interest in scoring them...who would know?

Re: "Christian" haters have their Inglorious Basterds
The real hate crime is the Mayor of Boston denying permits to Chick-fil-A, and the Mayor of Chicago threatening the same, over a lawful position held by the restaurant's owner and President. One held by a President, they both supported, until earlier this year.

Board of County Commissioners v. Umbehr (1996). It is even clearer that the government may not make decisions about how people will be allowed to use their own property based on the speaker’s past speech.
And this is so even if there is no statutory right to a particular kind of building permit (and I don’t know what the rule is under Illinois law). Even if the government may deny permits to people based on various reasons, it may not deny permits to people based on their exercise of his First Amendment rights. It doesn’t matter if the applicant expresses speech that doesn’t share the government officials’ values, or even the values of the majority of local citizens. It doesn’t matter if the applicant’s speech is seen as “disrespect[ful]” of certain groups. The First Amendment generally protects people’s rights to express such views without worrying that the government will deny them business permits as a result. That’s basic First Amendment law — but Alderman Moreno, Mayor Menino, and, apparently, Mayor Emanuel (if his statement is quoted in context), seem to either not know or not care about the law.
Whether or not this turns out to be a crime committed against gays, because they are gay, ignores the fact it is a rare occurrence. The last time I heard of something like this, it was a fake -- two lesbians attempted to frame their neighbor over some dog-poop-in-the-yard dispute.

I fear Boutons doesn't look at it that way. My belief has always been that Boutons throws as much crap at the wall to smear the names of a group of people he does not agree with and hopes it sticks. Usually it's republicans. This thread it's Christians. He may even think they are one in the same. I doubt he believes Obama is a Christian. Let's hope Boutons is a troll. I used to believe that. It's hard for me now because I see how dedicated he is to this site and this forum in particular. I feel Boutons, troll or not has a lot of hate in him. God bless

Re: "Christian" haters have their Inglorious Basterds
More on the Chicago values system...
Alderman to Chick-fil-A: No deal
Quote:
The alderman has the ideological support of Mayor Rahm Emanuel.
"Chick-fil-A values are not Chicago values," the mayor said in a statement when asked about Moreno's decision.
Rahm welcomes help from Farrakahn, ignores anti-Semitic remarks
I guess The Nation of Islam's values are Chicago values. I know Mayor Emmanuel is aware of the Nation's anti-Semitic stance but, considering his statement about Chick-fil-A, one has to wonder if he's aware of Islam's position on homosexuality.

Re: "Christian" haters have their Inglorious Basterds
"This thread it's Christians."
Wrong. It's "Christians", one of the USA's biggest scam businesses and hate mongering outfits.

Re: "Christian" haters have their Inglorious Basterds
Your use of the parenthetical "Christians" is shallow and dishonest. It allows an easy conflation of the undefined "Christians" with the common use of Christians. But you know this already.
