Why only support the military on one day of the year? That's pretty shitty if you ask me but some people are pathetic and have to make themselves feel better. Our troops get treated like shit and are deeply taken advantage of. It's very sad. They deserve better. They do a job that most people can't and/or refuse to do.

Please. They do the job because the government views them as expendable people who won't be missed if they get shipped off to Iraq and don't return.
