Re: Stat of the Day - Tim Duncan Edition
how many other players in the history of the nba were stomping ground at that age like he is now?
Re: Stat of the Day - Tim Duncan Edition
"His confidence in the post is back at a high level. "
His HEALTH is back at a high level.
and on a fricking road B2B.
Re: Stat of the Day - Tim Duncan Edition
I still don't know how this is possible. It's incredible to watch. We've seen the evolution of his game (extended further and further from the basket offensively), but his ability to still score inside, rebound and defend is just amazing. I really, really hope we get one last big playoff run for this group.

Let's see: Incredible stats in a loss. So this is what it's like to be a Lakers fan. Not sure I like it.

That he can still be such a complete two-way player at this age (health permitting) is really great.

I don't have any numbers to back me up, but this basically confirms that what really puts us over the top is the play of our role players. Tim and Tony have been pretty consistent this year, but the common theme in our losses seems to be poor shooting nights from the likes of Green & Neal.

Tim's health is better. It's really an easy explanation.

31 points on 25 shots from Duncan ain't exactly shooting the lights out, nor is 13 points on 12 shots for Parker.
