Tim Duncan | 21
Position: F-C
Born: Apr 25, 1976
Height: 6-11 / 2,11
Weight: 260 lbs. / 117,9 kg.
College : Wake Forest '97
Info
Lost in all of the offseason discussions in this forum as well as in the media is that next season the Spurs should have a Tim Duncan at 100% instead of the one at 70% who we saw in the recently concluded championship run. I think this is going to be the best acquisition of the offseason in the NBA. Already some are proclaiming that Duncan's lost something. He hasn't. He was playing on two bad wheels and had a pregger wife to keep him distracted during the playoffs. Next season he won't.

we should definitely sign this guy
-
Re: Free Agent: Tim Duncan (@ 100%)
i dont think he fits in with our offense... lets pass and sign the superstar center from minnesotta whats his name ? kandi man?
-
Re: Free Agent: Tim Duncan (@ 100%)
Trade him for Bradley and a tube of Pringles! :lmao
-
Re: Free Agent: Tim Duncan (@ 100%)
im praying his ankles arent more serious, big men take a hurtin as they get older
but knowing we de-throned the ex-champs with a 70% duncan is kind of assuring..
-
Re: Free Agent: Tim Duncan (@ 100%)
Duncan at 30 plus being 100%= Duncan at 90% this year.
-
Re: Free Agent: Tim Duncan (@ 100%)
clutch...thanks flash i needed that.
-
Re: Free Agent: Tim Duncan (@ 100%)
i have real, wmp, quicktime and flash plug in and that still wont play.
-
Re: Free Agent: Tim Duncan (@ 100%)
Duncan was at 90% when it counted thanks to the extra rest after Denver.
-
Re: Free Agent: Tim Duncan (@ 100%)
All my mov files work with Quicktime, is yours updated?
-
Re: Free Agent: Tim Duncan (@ 100%)

Re: Free Agent: Tim Duncan (@ 100%)
tim duncans games played have blown these past couple of seasons i really hope this offseason helps him out
-
Re: Free Agent: Tim Duncan (@ 100%)
It should since he has no Olympics to worry about like the past 2 years
-
Re: Free Agent: Tim Duncan (@ 100%)
It wasn't like he was playing heavy minutes for that team. He was in foul trouble almost all the time. Amazing how when there is no superstar treatment how much Duncan fouls.
-
Re: Free Agent: Tim Duncan (@ 100%)
Sign and trade for Rasho?
-
Re: Free Agent: Tim Duncan (@ 100%)
Not as amazing as a "Spurs fan" who shits on him at every turn.
-
Re: Free Agent: Tim Duncan (@ 100%)
He played in the olympic qualifiers in 03 after they won the title so he had no chance to recover and that boiled over into the 04 season which lead to him playing (at that time) the least ammount of games in a season. Combined with having to play olympics in 04 after the season he didn't get any rest yet again which probably lead him to missing a lot of games this year too.
Upcoming season he will finally have uninterrupted preseason.

Re: Free Agent: Tim Duncan (@ 100%)
I don't know what you guys don't fucking get about YOU CANNOT POST NBA VIDEO HERE. Every single damn day someone posts it and every single day I'm nice about and explain that it's illegal and you can't post here. And then the next day ....
Same crap.
:wtf
I've just concluded that you guys are just nothing but morons .. or have absolutely no respect.

Re: Free Agent: Tim Duncan (@ 100%)
The more ankle injuries you have the easier it is to get another one. I don't see Duncan playing 82 games next year.

You saying something negative about the Spurs? What a shocker
-
Re: Free Agent: Tim Duncan (@ 100%)
It is the truth. It is negative but true and it should be a concern for the rest of Duncan's career.

Yeah because every player that has sprained an ankle has had lingering problems forever. :rolleyes

He has sprained his ankle multiple times. If you sprain once or twice it might not be a big deal but more than that it becomes serious.

He sprained both his ankles this season. So which ankle is that you say he has sprained severely 3 or more times?
-
Re: Free Agent: Tim Duncan (@ 100%)
at least duncan didn't lose his balls last season like garnett did. that's irreversible.
-
Re: Free Agent: Tim Duncan (@ 100%)
I'm sure a lot of players have had multiple severly sprained ankles in their lifetime. Doesn't mean they won't be as good as they have been before.
-
Re: Free Agent: Tim Duncan (@ 100%)
One thing Duncan doesn't have is young legs. He will never be at that level again. :depressed He might as well quit.
-
Re: Free Agent: Tim Duncan (@ 100%)
I've sprained my ankle a few times, too. Doesn't make me any worse for wear.
:huh

The more times an ankle is sprained, the more the ligaments are stretched.
My right ankle has been severely sprained 3 times (all grade 2), and in stretch tests, there is a big difference between my left and right ankles.
Although my ankles are still strong, my right ankle is more apt to turn because it is more loose than the other one.
Make sense?

Wow. Should we throw the veteran's minimum at him and see if he bites? You never know, he might just want to play for a winner at this point in his career.

Re: Free Agent: Tim Duncan (@ 100%)
I didn't know he was a free agent. Last time I heard San Antonio is stuck him for a long time.

All you ever talk about is Truth this and Truth that... Here's the Truth for you: You're a complete idiot when it comes to basketball. I don't care if you have NBA League Pass, watch ESPN day and night, go to every game..... with your small basketball IQ, its all a waste of your money. Why don't you sell your season tickets, get a refund on your League Pass and buy some fishing rods and go up and spend some time with your boy KG up in Minny.
-
Re: Free Agent: Tim Duncan (@ 100%)
hmmm I don't think we should sign him...no emotions!
Hahahahaha

Yeah, can you believe the audacity of that jerk Kareem? He turned 30 in '77 and had the nerve to hang around and win 5 more titles with the Lakers instead of quitting like he should have.

With all the talk of who SA will pick up with the MLE/LLE
Something that is going under the radar is the return of a healthy Tim Duncan. Even in the finals his ankles were taped like a cast and it was reported he was still feeling a lot of pain.
After a summer of rest he will prob be the best pickup SA gets regardless of how the money is spent
