And Ginobili accomplishments in Europe before joining the NBA aren't that great. His significant titles are a Italian league tittle and half an Euroleague title. What really makes his career special is that 2004 Olympic title.
American Media likes to point out the following:

The 6-6 Ginobili was selected by San Antonio with the 57th pick in the 1999 NBA Draft. In his eight seasons, Ginobili has helped navigate the Spurs to three NBA Championships. He and Bill Bradley are the only two players to win a NBA Championship, an Olympic gold medal and a Euroleague Championship.

Overall Tony the superior player. Clearly
Are you saying that those players on their primer are better than prime Diaw, Noah, Batum a d Pietrus? Lol

are you seriously comparing a team that played together since their early teens to a mashup made in the last minute?

2012, no need for hypotheticals. compare the roster, individual stats and team results, nevermind their respective age. is 2012 argentina cast better or worse than 2012 france?
Re: Tony Parker vs. Manu Ginobili
At the 2012 Olympics, France > Argentina.
Argentina just got damn lucky that Spain tanked to avoid being in same side of the bracket than USA.

When/if Manu makes it to the HOF it'll be based mostly on his international achievements and not really what he's done in the league whereas Tony's a HOF based on his work in the NBA. Manu may not be as talented as a lot of players in this league but like Pop said he's probably one of the biggest competitors and it's amazing for being a 57th draft pick that he's accomplished as much as he has. Most of the guys drafted around him the same year you either never heard of or they didn't even last a season or two.
lol sons, please explain me how Tony is "the more talented/superior player".
Tony has the better NBA career but that's 'cause he got to the league at age 19, played as a starter his entire career and is younger than Manu and Tim so he gets to be the number one option of a very good team that has two other hall of famers that can still produce at a respectable rate.
Needless to say that Tony is an awesome player that's why he can be the number option of a contender, tbh, but Manu is/was better, imho.
Re: Tony Parker vs. Manu Ginobili
Manu was the most talented player . Tony has the speed and quickness
Tony has a Finals MVP but I'd say Manu played better vs Detroit in 2005. In 2007 Finals Tony was great but it was easy.
Tony plays more minutes and he will play more years so his numbers in the NBA will be better but Manu had a couple of better seasons than Tony too. And Manu had much better FIBA and Olympics career.
None of them was clearly the best player at their prime.
Imo their careers could be pretty even at the end . Tony has to win another championship to break the tie.
Re: Tony Parker vs. Manu Ginobili
Ginobili will be a player always remember by the US reporters and players.
Tony Parker not sure.
Re: Tony Parker vs. Manu Ginobili
Does this seriously matter if Spurs is out by Round 2?
Who the fuck cares who is better. As long as Spurs wins.
Re: Tony Parker vs. Manu Ginobili
2005 Manu playoff run was off the charts tbh just the things he was doing was just insane 39 points against the Sonics in game 5 also just in incredible in the finals, TP has never had a run like Manu has. its close though who has had a better career Tony came in at 19 Manu came in at 25 more polished and adapted to NBA game quicker I think. I wonder what Manu career would be like if he came to the league in 1999, I wonder how he would do?
Re: Tony Parker vs. Manu Ginobili
NBA= Tony
International= Manu by a mile
