Meltdown: Matt Bonner is a disgrace...

Bonner's good when he's fresh. Not so much later on in the game.

Bonner has literally had 3 decent games in his playoff career. Pop is the most loyal son of a bitch to his "guys". Guarantee he will be an assistant coach in a few years.

Considering it was a road game in the WCF, that was actually not a bad performance -- but agendas must be served, goalposts must be moved.

He was solid this series overall. No complaints.

Pop n Bonner are fucking momentum killers for the Spurs

That red-headed bitch still can't buy a 3-pt shot on the road, which proves he's still a playoff choker. He's still playing too many minutes for my taste, continues to get exposed defensively and gives up way too many offensive rebounds. Yet, I will give him credit for his hustle and his willingness to mix it up with Randolph.

All that said, I really don't know how he figures in the next series. I just hope Pop doesn't overuse him or overexpose him to the detriment of the team.

On that offensive rebound by Allen where Bonner backed up to block out Conley instead of putting his hands up to challenge the layup, I realized that he's completely useless. He's had his moments this postseason, but he's a net loss, and always will be. Good interview, good teammate, but Pop's always going to overplay him, and that makes him a liability.

Man, I don't think the hater demand for a player's performance relative to his ability have ever been higher that spurfan for Bonner.
