2009 -- Lakers: see 2010(Beat a weaker Boston team, does the Kendrick Perkins knee injury ring a bell?)
2008 -- Lakers: great team, lost to greater Boston team(Benefitted from a great start in game 1, a game where the Spurs had to sleep on the tarmac because of plane issue in New Orleans)
2007 -- Spurs: benefited from #1 seed Dallas losing and questionable suspensions against Phx, but overall decent
2006 -- Mavs: should have won championship but refs intervened
2005 -- Spurs: beat champion Pistons

Spurs are the #2 seed and won the west, how is that the weakest WC champ in 30 years. Houston won as a 6th seed with a shit record of 47-35, and they swept a shittier eastern conference champ Orlando.
