Leonard's been consistently great on D and on the boards.
Green's been great on D and white-fucking-hot from 3.

Green or Leonard
Just another reason for Stern to hate us if he does not know which guy to hand a trophy and talk about big stats
who ever has the best all around stats will get it...
but lets not think about that now...
parker got neal and green going to tonight
they are going to make tp beat them in game 4 they now know green will go off
It's between Green and Kawhi as of the moment tbh. Didn't think this will happen.
OP saved himself with an "if we win it" post.
It's still going to go to Parker most likely for his Game 1 shot. If Duncan stops letting Haslem take him out of the game, he could win it too.
But this series belongs to Leonard so far.
Danny Green of course. Green has also guarded James very well at times. he is clearly outplaying Wade and Allen while keeping them in check.
leonard. his defense (with ample help from his friends) on lebron throughout the series so far has allowed the spurs to do whatever they need to do on defense. tonight's game just put an exclamation point on it.
I feel like they play so much as a team it doesn't even matter at this point they all deserve that shit. It's been someone stepping up every time. It feels good being a spurs fan, I'm just enjoying the ride mane.
i predicted kawhi to win in the pre-mvp thread tbh.
will bump if it does happen.
Green hit seven of nine 3s,
Tim Duncan chipped in 12 points and 14 rebounds for the Spurs (7 of that are the impt. offensive rbds)
one of the 2, so far,
2 more wins to go. too early to pick.
who knows Neal will turn cold again in game 4 :lol (knock on wood)
Let's just win the next two, m'kay?
That said, right now it's Green or Leonard.
Lonnnnnnnnng way to go... But Tim can still win if he picks up his shooting..
Ridiculous to even be discussing at this point. But if it were over right now, I think they would pick co-MVP's.
Kawhi's D has been awesome, but Danny's has been pretty damned good, too. He's gotten the best of LeBron a bunch of times. The fast breaks have really been sweet, since LeBron is known for that. Danny has kept him from scoring, except for the time LeBron turned sideways and pussed Green, and got the whistle.
right now i 'll say that 's it's a "team mvp" would be great to see that for first time in nba history . would be a perfect fit for spurs philosophy. but we are not there yet guys , there is a long way to go , if we are lucky enough to lock this title down we ll have plenty of time to think about who s the mvp
Green really needs to work on his ability to drive to the basket and finishing ability, if this guy can create his own 3pt shot he's going to be an all star.
Also Leonard has been a monster defensively, his rebounding has been incredible as well, I think he may just be the best perimiter defender in the nba.
Danny Green can be Finals MVP why not??
but the Spurs player who shines in Game Four could be the hero of heroes!!!
book it!!!!!
Danny is the leading scorer in the finals for the Spurs. We'll see what happens. But for my boy to even be in the discussion, this is a blessing.
Thank you for believing Pop.
