I think Spurs pushing the deadline is the most likely. It will require Bonner being fine with it but I see that as likely too.
After that, it will depends on what will happen during the July moratorium. If Spurs can convince free agent target(s) to sign with them, Bonner will be amnestied. If they end up empty, Bonner would be keep as an end of the bench player.
