Actually, it's my invention - but Kirby still dons it nonetheless.

They learned that from from magic Johnson

How so? (Although I relinquish rights to ClipperNation, since he told me it was his invention).
Kobe quit in '06 against your Suns. He quit this season. He's a quitter. Thus, the "Tired Old Quit Bag" is a fitting name.

Why, they wouldn't be able to stand the gaffe. They'd get up there and promptly give it right back, and gladly. They have no intention of fighting you for this.

Like I said, knock yerself out. It's silly though. I'm embarrassed not of you, but, for you. But, go ahead, I couldn't stop you with silver bullets & a wooden stake.

He had 25 points in the first half of the playoff game before this one.

If Mr. Popovich hadn't sent him to the bench at that fateful moment, he would have finished the job.
I understand that you need to protect your fragile ego right now, but you're ignoring the mounting evidence that Kobe is in fact already wearing the shit bag. :lol You're setting arbitrary criteria such as "he has to go through Kobe," and you look desperate and delusional.

Much respect to Dirk... he's clearly injured and still battling out there... unlike some other "stars" that quit on their team after receiving an extension and go on vacations on company dime while the season is still ongoing...

Spurs, despite hitting only 3-17 3's and the "scrubs" (Mills/Beli/Danny/Boris) going 3-18, Spurs still won. They are reliant on their team, but their main guys can still carry them for long stretches and guys like the one's I mentioned above aren't scrubs considering they can put up 20 on any night and 2 of the 4 can defend very well.

:lol3/4 of those guys are scrubs, especially your golden boy Danny Green--he was cast out of the NBA before Pop gave him a chance again:lol Beli is one of the worst defenders in the league and is completely useless when his 3 isn't falling--THAT'S A SCRUB, or interchangeable part. Mills is beyond scrubbish, and will likely get the 2012 Danny Green treatment once they play OKC (unplayable in that series)...fringe NBA player and towel-waver till Pop took him under his wing.
You're a Spurs fan, though, which automatically hinders you from thinking rationally on the subject...so I understand, and look forward to your pithy comeback that's to follow.

Re: San Antonio Spurs (#1) vs. Dallas Mavericks (#8) Playoff Series Thread
So you were wrong and still argue. It's why I posted what I did. I know it's hard to be rational and calm when your team is awful and you aren't sure who's good and who's not. It was the playoffs, you were excited and posted something not well thought out when there was still plenty of time left.
I posted a gentle reminder that you should probably exercise some restraint, was proven right (posted the above stats and how the Spurs still won) and just wanted to let you know as a friend because you know better..

Hell, I didn't even disagree that the Spurs rely on their "team" more than others. No denying that. However, you were not only dismissing how good the Spurs really are but also Tim/TP being able to carry them to wins in the playoffs. I really just disagreed that they are so reliant that they can't make a deep run (they were 28 seconds from a title last year) and that the guys are scrubs. Scrubs are guys like Nick Young & most of LA's team tbh..Guys who can't do anything well and are not conducive to winning.
Danny, if you know the NBA, is conducive to winning. He's not a scrub.

Re: San Antonio Spurs (#1) vs. Dallas Mavericks (#8) Playoff Series Thread
Put all our posts in this argument side by side and highlight where I was proven wrong. Can't wait to see this.
Also, with all these "non-scrubs who are all capable of popping 20 a night" AND having HCA, it's kinda bitchmade to back off the bet I offered, but not everybody sticks to their convictions and believes what they say, so it's par for the course I suppose

You said yourself that you haven't watch 5 games top this season. You don't know what your talking. Go have a seat somewhere fuckboy.
And you quit on the lakers when they needed you the most. That's bitchmade shit and shows what kind of person you really are.

He's a scrap-heap find that would be a fringe player on any other team/coach. The proof is that he was in the league, then out of it due to uselessness. And yes, the Spurs rely on too many scrubs to win a title. I already stated they would sweep Dallas well before the series started, so not sure why you brought up the 3-point stat (lol counting on 3's to fall in the playoffs anyways).Only by the Grace of God were they even in the Finals last year...their entire competition was injured, except for a team that struggled to score 90ppg (Memphis). Almost 2007 levels of pathetic routes

Re: San Antonio Spurs (#1) vs. Dallas Mavericks (#8) Playoff Series Thread
Getting into the playoffs and getting SWEPT, as the Mavs are 25% of the way to being, is no better than missing. In fact, it's worse. We get a better draft pick, and the Mavs embarrass themselves against the best in the West. L-M-A-O.
