Definitely not the same one as you if you think that deliberate kick to the head was an accident.

Elaborate please.

:lol not intentional...please.
"Oh oh...his eyes were looking elsewhere." Like splitter is 5'0" and slightly looking looking right means Blair couldn't see him.

We were about to be up 3-1 in that series until we blew a BIG lead in game 4 at home that lead to Horry's foul, things were going well until that 4th q and the Spurs were controlling that series. That was totally different IMO. We were in control and lost that game 4 to knot it up, but getting Amare Suspended in game 5 (Diaw too?) was definitely not a good thing for the Suns in that series! If Blair is suspended a game it will not be near that, totally different IMO.

I just can't imagine that he would intentionally kick someone in the head. Is it really so unimaginable that he might have accidentally kicked someone while fighting for a loose ball? Shit happens in basketball...try not to overreact so much.
I could be wrong. If it really was intentional, :lol what a dumbass.
Re: Official "Blair was never truly a Spur" thread
Any player who asks to get more minutes is not a Spur ...

It was a dead ball situation. The whistle blew while Tiago was off balance/falling, but before anyone even hit the ground, in other words, before this GIF even started.
You probably shouldn't comment on the intentional/unintentional angle if you didn't see it live in context. It was clearly intentional.
That being said, I think there is no suspension, nor should there be. AFAIC, this issue is closed.

I don't think the kick was pre-meditated but I think he got pissed and acted like a two year old kicking his feet in anger towards Splitter and caught him in the head. Seeing as how Splitter or anyone around him didn't get really pissed I think they knew he didn't do it to intentionally kick Splitter in the head.
The most atrocious part was our bigs letting that 2 bit spare piece of shit actually make plays against them like that. The Spurs aren't playing well at all and that shit needs to stop.

Blair said he was reacting to the call, and kicked Splitter only by accident. It remains to be seen if Blair is in jeopardy of a suspension.
“I don’t think it decided the game,” he said, “but it obviously changed the game.”
Splitter, however, said he thought the kick was intentional after reviewing the incident after the game.
“After watching the video, it looks like it was intentional,” he said. “He has nothing against me. He’s a good kid. I know him. I don’t know why he did it.”

Re: Official "Blair was never truly a Spur" thread
much ado about nothing. he should have been T'd up, but not ejected. that was more of a tap on the head than a kick. you want to see a kick, watch Rodman kicking the photographer years ago. if Blair wanted to kick him, he would have kicked him. ya'll just mad cause he was balling.
