The way the Blazers are playing makes me look like they are just gassed and exhausted from the first round... their rotations are slow and not one player is willing to fight through the screen to recover on the defender. They're also unwilling to switch defenders, making it even worse.
The only guy that brought it for the Blazers and should continue to see minute is Will Barton.
We are not a good defensive team. That is obvious. We're going to need to hire an assistant to focus on defense next season. We've got athletes and we're long so to play defense so poorly is inexcusable imo tbqh.

what you need is 2 young guys and 2 quality vets (one being a PG) to come off your bench and spell the starters. During the season you need to be able to go 10-12 deep. Then in the playoffs, your starters are fresher and can have increased minutes without being fatigued from the long grind.......and you can play an 8-9 man rotation.Quote:
