Bring that dick-punching bitch on the floor, I'd rather be able to beat them at full-strength.

you can tell how focused the spurs are..
I hate Ibaka so much
Btw, per rotoworld.com regarding Serge Ibaka's injury:
"General manager Sam Presti said Serge Ibaka is "unlikely" to be back in time for the NBA Finals.
His Grade 2 strain is to the plantaris muscle in his calf, so the tearing in that region seems likely to keep him out for a while since it's to a less bulky muscle to his calf. Ibaka could miss time with the Spanish national team due to the injury, according to Presti. OKC is in a tight spot here and their rotation is basically back at square one. Ibaka and Russell Westbrook played together almost the entire time they were together, so Scott Brooks has his hands full. Nick Collison and Steven Adams will have to step it up. May 17 - 7:23 PM"
i think this team will go balls on the wall this series tbh
One, the injury he has doesn't require surgery. Two, he tore (rupture his muscle) to in deep muscle (flexor) in his leg. This muscles is more crucial to running and jumping than the exterior calve muscles. Ibaka is done. Coming back in this series would, one be stupid, as he could completely tears his muscle which would be detrimental to his long-term health and his career, and two, if he did, it would be more beneficial to the Spurs than the Thunder.
Ibaka is done. Just like Westbrook last year, OKC is not going to risk the health of one of its young stars over a Playoff series. Westbrook could of played last year, but he would have risk completely tearing his ligament. Playing with injuries that could go from bad to really really bad isn't worth it considering Ibaka and Westbrook have 8 year left to be in their prime.
I thought the same, honestly. I predict he'll be out for the first few games but return when it seems like they need him the most. I can't say for sure, though. Glad to see they are preparing regardless.
Or maybe he is truly out for the whole series. Let's get them done in 4 or 5 so we don't risk the chance of him coming back at full strength tbh.
The only way he's NOT out is if they are actually lying about his condition. If he has the deep muscle tear where the calf attaches to the bone, he's OUT.
Ball on the wall and get refuel! GSG!
I sure hope the spurs have their balls on the walls tonight! GSG!
There is either some serious trickery afoot...or none at all.
My money is on the latter.
If he travels. Bayne will lean on him for 48 minutes.
I wonder if Brooks dares to play Durant at the 5 at all this series. How would pop respond?
David Aldridge on TNT said Ibaka is definitely out for the rest of the playoffs.
