Would have beaten the Heat in 5 if Manu had never played for Argentina. He looks rejuvenated this year with the extra rest. Nope, it was painful enough watching the whole thing the first time last year. I don't need to be reminded, I am not a masochist. I don't dwell on it either, so I let it all go last summer.
I prefer to look on the bright side of things and hope that they win it all this year.
It sucks what happenned but I think winning it this year would be considered one of the most inspirational sports stories of all time. It would show resiliency on the highest level, I like his comparison to 2004 Red Sox. The year before they had a 5-2 lead in game 7 of the ALCS, of course they melted down, gave up 3 runs, and Boone broke their heart with that walk off. Of course the next year the Red Sox pulled off one of the greatest accomplishments in sports.
