Just curious.
This Doc says probably or it could be the HCG
Yeah it gives them AIDS. Same thing that happened to Magic tbh
All that roid muscle mass working against him now
Fing turnovers
Just win the damm game
just like that a 10 point lead................
Tony "Limp Dick" Parker with the pseudo-dagger! Not enough to redeem himself for his shitty game by any stretch though.
You'd think with a name like the Heat they'd be able to handle it.
:lmao good question tbh
I was thinking that steroid and hgh cause dehydration....
Understanding the Correlation Between Leg Cramps and Dehydration
There are a number of causes for leg cramps; overexertion, strain and medications, such as statins and steroids, can cause leg cramps. One of the more common causes for leg cramps is dehydration; if you are not taking a medication with leg cramps as a side effect, your cramps are most likely from dehydration.
How does dehydration cause leg cramps?
Dehydration causes leg cramps in two different ways. If you are dehydrated, chances are good you are also suffering from an electrolyte imbalance, which can cause cramps. The lack of fluid in your muscles is another dehydration-related cause of leg cramps.
What is an electrolyte imbalance?
An electrolyte imbalance occurs when the levels of sodium, calcium and potassium in your body are too high or too low; because sodium is part of sweat, it is very common for electrolyte imbalance to accompany dehydration. This risk increases when your dehydration is due to overexertion or exercise.
What is the most effective way to treat dehydration?
Your leg cramps will end when you treat your dehydration. Because your body's electrolytes are probably also depleted, make sure to get an adequate electrolyte intake while you rehydrate yourself. There are many formulas on the market aimed at athletes that contain a proper balance of sodium, potassium and calcium.
Can persistent leg cramps be a sign of something more serious?
In rare cases, chronic leg cramps are a sign of deep vein thrombosis, a potentially fatal blood clot disorder. If you are properly hydrated and do not have another cause of your cramps such as medication or muscle fatigue, see your doctor to rule out a serious condition.
Leg cramps are usually treated easily and safely by hydrating yourself. Since keeping yourself hydrated is safe, quick and has no side effects, there is no reason not to make it your first step in treating leg cramps.
ESPN mentions James on every comeback basket in 4 th.
Leg cramps are pretty common in that heat, combined with Miami's over-reliance on James all year, tbh..we saw how bad they are when he went out..
IV him at half time.
Get the trainers and medical staff doing their job.
I wonder if Wade's chin started cramping up.
Everyone playing hard and it so happen only the one who got cramps??? Just skeptic... Athlete like them should not have this kind of issue..
Known side effect of HGH: chronic dehydration. Maybe Wade can get his buddy a coolrag before game 2. #shootup
No, but it does affect people with a huge amount of muscle mass.
:lmao
the one where he was sitting there helpless when tony knocks down the big 3 pointer... made me crack a shameful shit grin.
I was surprised it was LeBron and not Wade that went down from the heat. I thought wade was the juicer
May be wade did not took his medication....
Lance Armstrong used to always have bad days in the heat. Strange coincidence
?
Well he did grow up in Ohio, probably not used to the heat/humidity, years of me working outside has gotten me used to it, I'm sure the Spurs are the same. It's probably been quite a while since he hasn't played in an air conditioned facility.
The media is putting a *asterisk on this game.....
I asked myself this as soon as he started cramping. HGh prolly
james has history of this
get off the steroids that is why he does not play baseball
Apparently.
Shit... I hate to post ANYTHING here, because of all the dumb-shit responses. But here's the deal.
The heat affected LeBron more than the other players. If it is because of some substance, it's most likely from using a diuretic - either as a masking agent, or because of fluid retention (especially from HGH.) A lot of diuretics cause potassium loss, and THAT will make you cramp up like a bitch. If he's already running on the low side with potassium, being on an unexpectedly hot floor would really make it worse, and make it hard to get the potassium level back up quickly.
There are potassium-sparing diuretics, like spironolactone, but those are the things they are looking for in piss tests, for obvious reasons. None of the undetectable (or less detectable) masking agents that I know of are potassium sparing. Also, HGH causes fluid retention. If you take a serious amount of it, it IS going to cause you to retain fluid, and you pretty much have to take a diuretic. And, once again, the potassium-sparing ones will get your ass busted in a piss test.
I'm not saying LeBron is juicing. I don't know. But if he is, it would sure make sense that he would be taking a diuretic, and would get shit-hammered from the abnormal fluid loss tonight. It might also explain why he seems to have recurring problems with cramps. If he's not juicing, he should probably have his kidneys checked.
Serena Williams can't handle the heat anymore either. Coincidence?
The more lean muscle you're packing, the more likely you are to be affected by cramping..
It's a combination of Lebron's body type + Miami's over-reliance on James all year..
Le3roids blood was probably boiling. good call nigga
I think so. It sems to have affected all 3 leroid wade and birdman
Nah. I thought Timmeh was the best player on the floor.
I like these Chinese-sounding thread starters (non-English nativers)
Yes, b/c steroids dehydrate u
pretty sure lebron is juicing at this point.
I remember one playoff series when Tim went down with dehydration (without all the drama of the LeBron doing it), and thinking at the time that the trainers were insane not to be injecting electrolytes into the players at halftime to avoid that sort of thing.
I assume they will do that for LeBron and most of the others for game 2.
Taking an IV at halftime is really not that uncommon. Surely he had something at halftime with his history. If not, this is squarely on the Heat medical staff.
No one tossed lebron a banana because it would have been racist.
