If it is true that the suspect pushed the cop into the car and assaulted him and tried to take his weapon while scuffling in the car -

this would lend a little credence to the cop shooting the kid -

not justifying it completely -

but at least - it goes from

a white cop shooting a poor unarmed innocent black kid for absolutely no reason -

to


a cop shooting a suspect who already assaulted him, evaded, tried to steal his gun, committed robbery or aggravated robbery, and still had not been searched for any weapons -


quite a different thing.

It settles the narrative that Brown was just an innocent teen walking down the street. And yes it is America where if you go around assaulting people and stealing their property you are asking to get your ass shot and when you step it up to assaulting police officers your are begging to get shot.

i can't agree with that. stealing doesn't get you shot in america unless somebody in their property is threatened, at least ideally
