:lol the only reason USA players cause turnovers is due to their athleticism and speed. They are not a good defensive team IMO.
Magnano runs circles around most "american coaches"

Re: Game Thread: USA vs Brazil
Harden, what a selfish pOS he had Davis alone and decided to take it to the hole vs. 3 brazilians :lol

Re: Game Thread: USA vs Brazil

Yeah, he raped the us team in 2004. But he is the main team coach only. The rest is relegated to some old fucks, mostly former players without a college degree. The brazilian backcourt can't play against Curry-Harden,-Irving-Thompson, lol

Re: Game Thread: USA vs Brazil
:lol Harden 3-1 break, and takes it himself.
-
Re: Game Thread: USA vs Brazil
team USA is about dunking and that is it. they need to start moving the ball

Re: Game Thread: USA vs Brazil
Splitter just got shitted on :lol

Re: Game Thread: USA vs Brazil
There's nothing old school about Harden drawing fouls. Old school players would bitchslap Harden.

Boheim's zone is so overrated. I can't wait till it's exposed on a bigger scale versus teams like Spain.

Splitter, this is not the Spurs.

Re: Game Thread: USA vs Brazil
USA is good, but most of it is sheer amount of players to rotate. Brazil has to put in Larry Taylor and Raulzinho to rest starters -.-
-
Re: Game Thread: USA vs Brazil
save for a couple of monkeyballing plays, Rose was pretty meh
-
Re: Game Thread: USA vs Brazil
The score is deceptive but it was a lot closer for most of the game up until Davis blew this game open. Davis was a huge reason for the US winning this game.

Re: Game Thread: USA vs Brazil
It's a practice game... Im sure both coach K and Magnano are gonna save the good stuff for when the games matter... still, good game overall

Re: Game Thread: USA vs Brazil
Down 5 to start the 4th, now they are down 22... mental midget Brazil will mental midget always

Re: Game Thread: USA vs Brazil
Splitter is very good on this team.
They need him.
The Spurs will keep him also.
Overall, Tiago had a good game.
And overall, this illustrates how bad a bunch of good players can be.
This is simply barbaric basketball won by the team with the big club just bullying.

Re: Game Thread: USA vs Brazil
The players that withdrew from Team USA just don't get it.
All of these games will be on ESPN. 10's of millions of people will be watching. The player's brands will gain value, and NBA teams will be watching to see who to sign come next free agency.
America cares. The world cares. And the players should absolutely care. The players that withdrew (including Kawhi) are the ones who look like fools for missing out on all of this.

Re: Game Thread: USA vs Brazil
Any chances to the Spurs get Davis?
-
Re: Game Thread: USA vs Brazil
Pretty clear this team goes as far as Davis takes them...

Should a player risk globalizing his "brand" to possibly get a bad injury? Before the Paul George injury, this was a question I'm sure ran through the minds of these players. Now even more so.
