NBA Live was ass tbh. NBA 2K is good...it's supremely overrate tho tbh. One thing I don't like about this generation's basketball games is that they try to make everything so realistic, the physics and all, and it fucks up the speed of the game. Players are slow as fuck. It feels like I'm watching a WNBA game.
When I read California games in here I knew immediately this would come up. Flat out classic game Imo.Quote:

I always liked live better for the most part. The year they added controlled dunks and dribble moved with the right analog I thought was one of the best bball games. Can't remember the year. There was one year to my knowledge that really sucked though because you could hit threes with Shaq like it was Ray Allen. Again can't remember the year.
one of the reasons I liked Live better was because player movement felt really fluid. It was like they were all on coke I guess you could say but with 2k it feels like they're all on Xanax.

Good cover, but they haven't proven that they could make a decent game anymore yet. NBA Live 14 was a bust and everything leading up to that was a joke.
