:lol one of the worst players in 2k
Worse than Jannero Pargo? Ouch...
Apparently only 4 players are in the 90's mark...
I'm guessing
Lebron, KD, Chris Paul, Carmelo Anthony..
It really should be
Lebron, KD, Dwight Howard, Anthony Davis...
But that won't happen
Can the spurs cut him?
#403 seems a little high IMO
Hopefully this is a sign that 2k's ratings this year are accurate. :lol
yes, we should do our signing and scouting using the PS4 game console folks :rolleyes
case closed couch GMs :lol
wow, Thabeet getting owned too
Dude has more rings than KD, Carmelo, Love, Curry, Howard and Davis *combined*... 2K needs to show a little respect, tbh
the only relief is he isn't paid as much as Cole Aldrich, Joel Anthony, or Brendan Haywood. I'd say this is accurate. A bit unfair to give Johnny O'Bryant (2nd round pick, not much offense, untested) the same ranking.
Hopefully Baynes supplants Errors in Pop's rotation next season.
At least this means Diaw won't be a 66 smh
I have a feeling Ayres' days are numbered with the Spurs. They obviously overspent on him, likely on the recommendation of Boylen, and he seriously underwhelmed in his first season. He couldn't catch the ball, he couldn't pass the ball, he couldn't shoot the ball...hell, half the time he couldn't even dunk the ball. By the end of the season, he was literally at the bottom of the bench, and saw his minutes appropriately go to Baynes and Bonner (Yes, Matt Bonner).
(Speaking of the Red Mamba...who would've thought at the beginning of the season that Bonner would end up being our secret weapon against Ibaka and the Thunder? He didn't even shoot the lights out, but he did what Matty always does...he spread the floor, and that changed the complexion of that series. He also filled some important minutes and made some nice plays in the Finals. I'm glad he's coming back.)
The fact that the Spurs sent Ayres to the Summer League proves that they obviously aren't enamored with his skills. You don't send a four-year player to Vegas just to get playing time. Considering the fact that Ayres looked overwhelmed even against inferior talent...I sincerely doubt that stint helped his cause.
I'd be highly surprised if the Spurs waive him and eat the salary, though. Unless they find a deal that is too good to refuse, that's not typical of how the Spurs do business. I do think, however, that they will continue to test their options in the mid-season trade market, and Ayres' expiring contract will be at the top of their trading block. Unless Ayres can find a way to seriously impress in camp, earn some early season minutes, and prove that he is worth his salary, he is nothing but a trade chip at this point.
Bruno worst player in 2k?
The spark that he needed. I hope he works his ass off to prove people wrong
Need Ayres on the team. The dude practically guarantees a conference finals berth.
Ayers always goes up like a man on 2k for me, unlike Tiago!
Ayres doesn't belong in the nba, even getting out played by numerous d leaguers this off season. All he does is stand around, his team breaks down the defense, they give him the ball right under the rim and even then it's not guaranteed he makes it.
I have a feeling hes gone ws gone this season unless he improves, Spurs will play him, but only to increase his trade value, then dump him at the trade deadline.
According to Jim : Ayres overall rating 89 just below Howard
I think I actually saw him come in to eat at Sushi Zushi yesterday, or Tuesday....
Some really tall dude walks in the door, with an athletic build and looks familiar.
I was thinking where have I seen him before.
He ate by himself and looked like a dead man walking, guy was pretty bummed out.
