This team right now isn't playing great, but it's not playing horrible either. When Kawhi was around, our defense was great, but our offense was crap. But so far, there's no season ending injuries, so there's nothing to panic about right now.

Well that's better than saying Kawhi fixes everything. Kawhi is needed for a chance at repeating but even with a healthy Kawhi we're doomed if we keep having to play musical chairs with our lineup. First things first, let's get healthy enough to keep Daye & Ayres off of the fucking court. Then worry about Kawhi's return.

Well, the idea that Kawhi will fix everything is in addition to our current (healthy) roster. Then we'll need to rest some guys here and there, and of course Kawhi and some other guys will need to re-gain game shape... I just think Kiwi fixes a lot of the deficiencies we had in last night's games (rebounding especially).

Without Kawhi this team is like rewatching the Richard Jefferson era tbh

He'll increase the margin for error no doubt. But the team coasting and getting the best from scrub teams every night is still worrisome tbh.

Yea it's not as bad but Spurs are still undersized, slow, and can't grab the damn boards like last night. Parker even came off the bench during some of those dark days
