When in the history of the SAS franchise, did we ever obtain a top 10 player in the league at the time via free agency?

That is how desirable San Antonio is for players.

Swap in Marc for Tim/Manu and not sure they're still a sure fire title contender. Might need more playmaking given no Manu and any potential decline in TP.
