Believe it was him, in the conference he mentioned how just last night he noticed what a difference it makes to recruits to receive an offer from Texas.

Awful news. Sure wish Anthony Wheeler would have been an early enrollee, maybe he still gets a crack at it. Step forward Peter Jinkins.

The school is now saying it's an ankle injury. Would definitely be much better than a broken femur.
Let us know if you get any additional info. Thanks.

Well that's good news. Family members can be a bit reactionary...especially country folks from East Texas. They probably got the info from one of the other kids on the team initially and the kid went a little overboard.

Well, even the players seemed worried on Twitter so I don't blame anyone for thinking it was really bad.
Sounds like it's still a serious ankle injury, though.

There are and have been alot of very good players who dont practice well but play lights out on game day. Id much rather have the guy that "looks" worse in practice but brings it on gameday. Im not claiming that is Heard but for people to start giving up on a player based on 2nd and 3rd hand information on practice is mind blowing. We talkin about practice man...

I'll leave that to you, bruh. I don't know near enough about basketball recruiting.
But I'll probably be paying much closer attention now that Smart is in Austin.
