It's even funnier if you followed Florida football closely.
I lost my shit at the Georgia Southern portion and couldn't breathe when he was talking about the dump truck.

I don't want to be reminded of the last few years of the Mack Brown era.

Quotes from WR Darnell Salomon of Miami, FL after receiving a UT offer (24/7):
“The offer came out of nowhere,” Salomon said. “My coach told me to call Coach (Vance) Bedford after practice, so I did, and he offered. He told me that he sees a great kid in me and that he loves my route running. He also told me that they got some Florida kids last year, so I wouldn’t be alone.”
“It’s definitely in my top five and probably my top three,” Salomon said. “People have told me nothing but great things about Texas, and I know a lot of wide receivers have made it to the NFL from there. I’m doing a lot of research. I’m really excited about it.”
Update on CB Jaylon Jones of Allen before his unofficial visit to Austin (24/7):
“I’ve talked to the coaching staff a couple of times, and I think they are going to offer me soon,” Jones said. “I had a quick conversation with coach (Charlie) Strong, and it went well. I like his style, and I think he’s a great coach.”
“I think that’s going to be a good program,” Jones said. “Texas is getting athletes like Malik Jefferson. If they offer, there is no doubt that they will be in consideration for me. I can see Coach Strong doing great things there in the future, and it’s a really good school.”
More from CB Jaylon Jones of Allen (OrangeBloods):
"That's one school (Texas) I'm pretty interested in, and they haven't offered yet," Jones said. "I want to at least meet the coaches and let them know who I am, see how the team is doing."
"I know they're a busy school. I've seen coach Strong a couple times when he came to the school. I haven't talked to them much, so they don't really know who I am. So Saturday I'll get to meet them."
"I don't have an exact date (on when he'll trim his list). It's easier to eliminate some schools, but I'm in the process right now," Jones said. "We're (he and his parents) trying to work on it, but taking our time in case more schools come in."
"Man, really its' the tradition, the program. I can really see coach Strong changing that program, maybe even next year," Jones said. "I like him as a coach. I barely know him, but he's about to change that program. And Texas, I just like the tradition. Living in Texas, it would be pretty cool to go there, all the history there, Vince Young, Ricky Williams. That would be nice."
Additional quotes from TE Jack Stoll of Aurora, CO (OrangeBloods):
"I was just sitting there doing some homework, and my head coach gave me a quick call. He said a coach from Texas really wants to talk to you. He gave me his number, I gave him a jingle. Of course, I was extremely pumped up about anything with Texas football," Stoll said. "I grabbed my phone as fast as I could and called coach Traylor. I had a pretty solid conversation with him. In the middle of it, he just told me 'We think you're a great player, we want to let you know we're going to offer you a scholarship.' I was at a loss for words. It's unbelievable. Texas is such a phenomenal program, with more than 90,000 fans per game. It's one of the best in the nation, if not the best."
"I really like the school for football and for academics. I'm very impressed, just awestruck really," Stoll said. "I'm really at a loss for words."
"I grew up in the Aurora area, but I'm ready to see what else the U.S. has to offer, soak it in while I have the opportunity," Stoll said. "It would be pretty hard to say goodbye to (Colorado), but with an opportunity like Texas, I'd be open to it."
"It's just great to have all these opportunities. Hopefully with Texas, I'll be there pretty soon."
2017 DT Marvin Wilson of Bellaire Episcopal talks about his experience at UT last weekend (OrangeBloods):
"I went to position meetings first, then coach Bedford pulled me aside and offered," Wilson said. "Then I talked to coach Strong, and he said he wanted to me to know they offered."
"I came to watch practice, how they work out. The coaching staff, how intense practice is, that's what stood out," Wilson said. "It was mostly a scrimmage, they really got after it the day I went. I really like coach Brick Haley, on the sideline and in the position room. He's not always telling you the answers, he's making you think for yourself."
"They (the Longhorns) easily make it in the top five," Wilson said. "I'd probably say Florida State, UT, Texas A&M, USC and probably Michigan."
"Their coaching staff sets them apart. I got to talk to coach Strong. We didn't even talk about football once, not once the whole time," Wilson said. "We actually talked about life decisions, things like that, in just that 5 to 10 minutes we talked on the field. Most coaches don't even get into that stuff."
Smart and Kerwin Roach last night:
TE Jack Stoll of Aurora, CO told Inside Texas he could be in Austin as early as the spring game.
