I'm laughing that Houston isn't on there.

Best coach reaction to a commitment I've seen in a while
Some extra highlights of WR Tren'Davian Dickson.
He was an animal last year breaking the national single-season touchdown record (39) and showing out in the state title game.

ATH Grayland Arnold (Kountze)
A little under-sized, but can line up at a few positions (slot or corner, imo).
Check out his film...pretty electric kid. I'd be pleased with a flip from Baylor.

Side note on ATH Grayland Arnold...not totally sure, but I believe he's related to S PJ Locke.
What's the latest on Major and Clarington? Cannot afford to lose those guys they're at very important positions.
Per his Twitter, 2017 QB Jaylon Mascorro of Refugio will work out at least part time at WR on Saturday night.
It seems like we are recruiting to play 7 on 7
I want some fat guys.
Update on DE Teton Saltes of Albuquerque, NM (24/7):
“I’ve been talking to a couple of the (UT) coaches there and they’ve been telling me they really like me and are working on getting me down there to visit,” Saltes said.
“I’ve never been down to their campus, actually, but I’ve heard great things,” Saltes explained. “I’ve seen them play elsewhere in other places but I still need to get down there.”
“Yeah, they’ve hinted at me there is an offer coming soon. I just don’t know when,” Saltes said. “Nothing so far, but it would be great if they did offer.”

Even Texas, Major and Clarington don't know the answer to that as will have to wait on NCAA. However, seen from various sources that indicate they are both in coin flip territory to possibly slightly better. Inside Texas mentioned things may look even more positive on Major.
I agree -- let's get some fatties now. DT and OLine must be top priority, especially if we have LBs already or nearly on board.
I'm really worried about our DT situation _next_ year. Assuming Ridgeway has a great season, he probably jumps to the NFL (he'll be a junior this year, right?) and we're left with nobody to inherit the position other than Poona Ford and Chris Nelson. Ford is very undersized and Nelson has yet to really play. Lampkin trolled us completely and unless we convert someone like Vasser (already seems to be like 270) we'll have almost no youth at the position. Should theoretically be a very attractive recruiting line to offer top guys in the nation especially after Malcolm and Ridgeway (assuming he has a stellar year).
Per Scout, DT Du'Vonta Lampkin and his family are planning a press conference for the "very near future."
2017 S Robert Barnes (Southlake Carroll)
His father, Reggie, played for OU in his day.

Stumpf is one of the guys behind The Opening.
2017 WR Jhamon Ausbon of Houston St. Thomas and 2017 TE Kedrick James of Waco La Vega have committed to Baylor.
Yeah. He was 6-7-8-6 or something. He was also pretty bad on the first day of 7-on-7, but he was good the last day. Buechele lost his magic when AJ Brown went down with an injury. It's also worth noting, that Patterson's team was favorite to win it all before the tournament started.
EDIT: Just went back and looked. I can't find the first day (I think that was the day they were during army stuff?), but he was ranked 8-9-6-6 and then ended up as the MVP. They should really split it up, so there would be a 7-on-7 MVP and a week MVP.
