Sure, and sometimes it's ugly. Nobody is saying that stuff doesn't happen. But he's changed his game dramatically (and Tim too). Take a video of Tim in 2003 against the Lakers, or Manu in 2005 against the Pistons or Suns, and it's night and day with today. Tim owned anything and anybody on the block, Gino was a devilish whirling going to the rack. But even though their games changed a lot, they were key contributors of winning a championship a mere season ago. They're HoF players for a reason.
Some peeps make it sound like Gino should've retired 2-3 seasons ago, but if that really happened, we probably don't have #5...

People want Tony to shoot more jumpers as he ages. :lmao
That's his change. :lmao

Can't belive pop waste great momentum of winning a title and the last run of that group together on a first round exit season....

Good interview! Green has been a great team player, Had a rough playoffs himself. Thought this year's loss was on everyone not named Tim Duncan. Patty came to play, but didn't do much until the end of the season.

Ginobili was huge in last years finals shooting 50% and getting 14.5 a game, he turned back the clock for that one. I also loved his shot against OKC to put them up one point, that shot was flat out HUGE (One of the biggest of the playoffs sides Diaws three). He had a big helping hand in last years title, his dunk on Bosh made me say they got this game (Then he goes and hits a three afterwards).

IIRC, Bill Simmons wrote on Manu's game evolving in an article one or two years ago.

Cleveland fans love the Spurs because the Spurs initiated the Return of the King.

It was also funny hearing him single out Parker as a reason for the Spurs' lackluster season. :lol
Lol, you guys act like this somehow makes Parker look bad, when in reality it proves what we've been saying all along: this team goes as far as Parker takes them. A good Parker is a WCF, Finals, Championship team. An injured and underperforming Parker is a first round exit. I don't see what's so hard to understand about that. You guys are so biased you're acting like Green's words were disrespectful when it's the exact opposite.

If they were in the finals this year and already had them beaten I am sure they would lose a little love for those Spurs.....
Re: ESPN First Take - Danny Green on NBA Finals & LeBron James
Parker better lose some weight....get into rocky mode. If Parker gets back to himself. The spurs will dominate.

Of course, TP awful defense and drible drible drible was the reason we sucked the entire regular season and playoffs.
