Re: 2015 Spurs Summer League Thread
That's definitely what I want to see as well. This is where Slo Mo takes the next step. He has to become a contributing member to the rotation. There is no reason why he shouldn't as he looked promising when given minutes. This summer he should be filling the stat sheet flirting with triple doubles every game. 15 ppg 8 rpg 8 apg are the stats he should have. Obviously, every one will be focused on his on ball defense I'm hoping he improved there we'll see.

Re: 2015 Spurs Summer League Thread
Didn't see a general Summer League thread, and I figured if I started one, nobody would really post in it anyways. But so far in this first game, Myles Turner looks good. Tyler Johnson quietly having a solid outing.

I'm watching on NBATV, I'm sure they have streaming on NBA.com. As far as other links are concerned, I'm sure if you type in "Free Sports Streaming" in Google, a bunch of stuff will pop up.

Thanks for the info. Will probably watch on NBA TV. I don't do streams anymore. Got a nasty bug a few years back and damn near killed my computer.

Re: 2015 Spurs Summer League Thread
Greg Anthony is really being quite the prick on the broadcast.
-
Re: 2015 Spurs Summer League Thread
So Anthony's making his way back from solicitation? He's one of the better analysts so that's good to hear
-
Re: 2015 Spurs Summer League Thread
Aaron Gordon putting in work right now, looks much better.

I never get the point of these wise ass about late picks not worth considering. That's the entire fun of Summer League!! Trying to find a diamond in the rough.
What's the point of jumping into this thread and remarking, 'anybody playing is not worth looking at'? That's what this thread is for, to examine players!!!
Besides... Baynes wasn't drafted. Neal wasn't drafted. Manu was drafted 56th. Danny Green was picked 46 and was waived by several teams.
This is the Spurs folks... picking up discards like this!

They think they have the only legitimate opinion about talent. And unfortunately, they align with the people of power.
Think of it in real life terms. If you go to the doctor with a problem, he tells you what your problem is. Your family tells you to take his advice. You yourself may have doubts, but you really should defer. You could do your own research influenced analysis, and develop your own course of action. But you probably aren't that wise, especially if you couldn't relay enough information for a proper diagnosis, from your doctor, in the first place. And even if you did, that course may actually be criminal for you to follow.
Better just to accept common practice, most of what you'll find in the dumpster is trash. You should realize that what you've found in the dumpster, is likely trash. If you found something of value, it probably won't stand up to the pretty designer alternative. It will probably contaminate the designer alternative, so shun. If somehow your trash makes it to the golden cirlce, it will still not compute. It has no recognition. It must have come from the dumpster. Gold doesn't come from the dumpster, talent doesn't exist in the kiddie pool. "Good day sir," at best. "Security, remove this drunk," most likely. Tweet encouragement to the player. If you get crap for hope, imagine what he deals with.
