Honestly, LMA isn't Spur material, he's one of the most talent power forwards out there today, but he's just not Spurs material. The FO blunder was not to go all out to get Gasol last year. That was the blunder..... Splitter could have been traded then. It was the difference between a championship and getting eliminated in the first round.
If Aldridge is really about winning and not the money, he'll sign with us. As for West it's probable GSW told him they don't have room for him (they don't even have room for David Lee) so his choices are down to SA and Washington. I'm sure PATFO are already in talks with him just in case Aldridge doesn't work out and even if it does, the Spurs are in need of a Backup C/PF in the bench.Quote:
